The Racine Common Council sells the naming rights to the Racine Rotary Club for $100,000, as Racine Taxpayers pay the bill!! In exchange for accepting the check, the Racine Rotary was also awarded the naming rights to rename the venue "Paul P. Harris Rotary Park" The price has now exceeded THREE TIMES the cost of the structure, as poverty stricken Racine residents pay the bill and lose naming rights.

Taking Racine brings the perspective down to the local level to discuss issues that affect our own city of Racine, WI.

BRINGING HOURLY PAY OF SOME CITY STAFFERS TO OVER $60 AN HOUR!!!

Racine- Talking Racine details fraudulent accounting practices within City Hall which has uncovered an anonymous surplus of over $7 million dollars, which will be designated for HUGE RAISES for some city employees including the Finance Director who recently asked the council to designate an over $9 dollar an hour raise to his already over $50 an hour pay! 

Meanwhile city officials recently applied for and actively lobbied to receive funds designating The City Of Racine as a “severely poverty stricken community.” Another area of concern is the failing city’s infrastructure and crumbling roads.
