Part 1: Companion blog @anon-radfem-posts
Send all your anon thoughts that aren't a poll (including anon commentary you have about polls on this blog or meta posts about this blog itself) to that blog up there. If you send the ask here, it will be deleted since it is not a poll.
Part 2: Available ask modifiers (put them in your ask to apply them)
Time sensitive: Since the queue can be quite long, this can be used when your poll is regarding current events or something that may not be relevant in a week or two (including asking about personal situations in your life). Asks with this will be posted whenever I see them and not go through the queue.
No additional options: Sometimes I will add options on the poll other than what you send in. If you don't want this to happen, go ahead and say this. (This will not prevent results button and 'situation x in the question doesn't apply to me' options)
No nuance button/no I don't know button: This prevents me from adding nuance or idk buttons, but not other options.
Open ended question: This turns the ask into a discussion question with poll options of "answer in reblogs" and "answer in replies" instead of specific answers.
Part 3: Currently banned topics
none (behave so we don't need one)
Part 4: A glossary of commonly used terms in polls
If you're not sure what something means, check this list. If it's not on there, reply to the post so it can be added.
Part 5: Current Inbox
The above post is updated semi-regularly so that you can know how long the queue is.
Part 6: List of all polls on a spreadsheet
Part 7: Don't Feed The Trolls
If you encounter an antifeminist troll in the notes of a post, please let me know through an ask or dm (if you send an ask on anon I won't post it but I will still block the troll, if you send off anon i will answer privately). I block them from this blog all the time so they can't engage. This is a space for feminists to talk to each other, not a space for arguing with antifeminists or men. I discourage everyone from engaging with them in reblogs, replies, etc. and from mentioning them in polls. They thrive off attention, so don't give them any.
Part 8: Here are all the tags I use to categorize different polls! (All tags in the tags portion of this post). Will be edited/updated as relevant.
Note: I (mod Ava) don't use these anymore... it's just not something I want to put the work into.
