Hi everyone! I have been a vegetarian since I was 17, I’m in my late 20’s now. Long story short, I stopped eating last year due to extreme trauma and am still underweight now. I’m struggling to get my health back and so much of it is still being massively affected regardless of my efforts (my skin pale, lost 2/3s of my hair and it’s still shedding, my periods are now irregular when they never were, I’m having reproductive issues, exhaustion, my eyesight has gotten worse, my sleep horrific). I’m thinking about incorporating fish into my diet again to see if it’d help even though I don’t agree with ethically I know on a feminist level I need to survive this and need physical strength to survive the emotional trauma and suicidal urges that have come with it. So I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to introduce it again. I’m genuinely worried I’m going to vomit trying to swallow it. I can’t eat meat that’s a no just fyi. I was also wondering if anyone had any advice on trying to put weight back on - trying to refeed and nourish oneself again basically. I’ve lost all my muscle too and I’ve gone down 3 cup sizes and my breasts are now basically just skin. I am obviously having therapy and many health appointments, I’m asking this in addition to everything else. Thank you everyone.

Any advice on how to not be frustrated with the women you work with?

(I volunteer at a women’s charity and most of the other volunteers are very conservative women. It’s great when we’re working. It’s very frustrating when we’re in between clients and just talking)

We had a survey a while back about opinions on the term TRA. How do people feel about the terms TIFs/TIMs? If possible, could you do two surveys, 1 that is for all rad/rad-adjacent people and another that is just people that are also detrans, desisted, or trans-id’d? The concept of living alone is freeing but as a woman also quite scary. I don't date anyone and don't think i will as i'm not interested, most other women in my family dates and lives with a man. My biggest fear lies in safety, forgetting to lock doors and someone invading my house. And a bit in being lonely, this can be easily solved with friends but i've always had trouble connecting with people enough to hang out with frequently, and in adulthood for a lot of people friendship is scarce. There is also the fear of not being able to sustain myself, but if i were to live alone i wouldn't spend much hopefully. Does any woman here got advice on how to deal with these, especially the first 2?

From a feminist perspective, why do you think there’s so little 25+ women active online? I’m almost thirty, and I’ve noticed that most online hobby communities I’m in are male-dominated. I don’t tend to join female online groups because they’re mostly teens, to 18-23 year olds.

It baffles me because there’s all kinds of age ranges of men online, but there’s so little women?!
