That’s Twilight for ya, with her utterly perfect ability to explain what needs to be explained. No wonder the nickname Book Horse stuck so well. Speaking of which, is that just an inside joke for you?

Oh, I wouldn’t agree I’m perfect in any regard, but I strive to be adequate.

Book Horse is not an inside joke, rather it is a nickname that as I’ve explained in the past came about as a response to being called by my full title. It’s down to earth, somewhat silly, and does not inspire awe, but does communicate that I am still just an equine with my own interests and desires. That’s how I’d rather ponies see me than some high horse they are not worthy to address and must bow before, or something to that effect.

The distributors actually wanted me to name this newsletter “The Official Newsletter of Her Royal Highness Princess Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Friendship” but that’s not only far too lofty, but also not a very concise or memorable title.

CHARACTER INFO POST

Hope was a childhood friend of Sombra that went to school with him. Based on the future vision of the Chrystal Heart, she was supposed to be a princess.
