Eclipse stood in the dimly lit workshop, his confession echoing in the air as he continued to talk to sun and moon. The tension in the room was palpable as the three talked.
Bloodmoon listened from behind the door to him with a mix of disbelief and anger. He had promised them freedom, and a chance at a new life, but now he was admitting that he planned to betray their trust.
Bloodmoon's heart raced, and their mind whirled with a whirlwind of emotions. They had never fully trusted eclipse, but there was a glimmer of hope that maybe this time, someone would see them as more than just a weapon. Now, that flicker of hope was dwindling.
The memories of the panic attack they had suffered when deciding whether or not to trust eclipse resurfaced.
The doubt, the fear, it all came flooding back. Eclipse's statement was pushing them dangerously close to their breaking point.
"Why, Eclipse?" Bloodmoon's voice trembled with a mixture of anger and despair as he walked back in. "You promised. You promised that if we helped you rescue Sun and Moon, and defeated Ruin, you'd let us go free. Do you not understand what that promise meant to us?"
Tears welled up in Bloodmoon's eyes as they spoke, and their voice cracked with heartbreak. The room fell silent, and all eyes were on bloodmoon. Eclipse shifted uncomfortably, guilt etched across his face. "I know, Bloodmoon, but we can't just let you go free. You're too dangerous. We can't risk it." Bloodmoon's frustration and despair only grew. "And what about KC? He was dangerous and wanted to kill, just like us. He changed, and you set him free. Why won't you give us the same chance you gave him!" Sun, Moon, and Eclipse's silence hung in the air, a heavy weight on their shoulders, and the room remained shrouded in a sorrowful silence.
The trust was shattered, and hope had faded away, leaving a lingering sadness as they left.
Eclipse walked into his base almost immediately collapsing onto the floor breathing heavily "G-god damn it, it hurts!" He laid there pitifully trying to gain some energy back so he could at least sit up.
Then a female voice spoke "are you alright sir? You fell pretty hard" eclipse slightly looked up to where he heard the voice "I'm fine computer.." the computer silently stared at eclipse in his pathetic state.
After a couple minutes of lying on the floor, eclipse slowly and painfully sat up. He whimpered as his body started to hurt again "c-computer any suggestions to help?" He asked the computer hoping she wouldn't suggest going to Sun and Moon for help. "I think you already know what I'm going to suggest sir" he groaned "like hell I'm going back there after what sun said, besides there's no chance they would help me"
Eclipse shakily curled up on himself "m-maybe sun and solar Flare are right.." eclipse began to sob "GOD I'M PATHETIC!"
"I don't even know what I want..I might as well be a stupid child" He sobbed even more leaning on the wall hugging himself longing for some kind of comfort he knew he didn't deserve but wanted.
"Sir, do you need anything?" The soft voice of the computer came back wanting to help him. "N-no, just leave me be.."
Sun and Moon rushed to the computer "๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐?" Moon asked. "Yes, i have located eclipse's whereabouts" the computer replied in its monotone voice.
"you know what this means, right moon?"
"๐พ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐!" Moon Joyfully said obviously ready to head to wherever eclipse was. "We should get ready and pack some things, the place seems to be pretty far away"
This had been the happiest they've been since they separated and soon they would be even more happier once eclipse is gone, as long as everything goes to plan.

After a couple minutes of lying on the floor, eclipse slowly and painfully sat up. He whimpered as his body started to hurt again "c-computer any suggestions to help?" He asked the computer hoping she wouldn't suggest going to Sun and Moon for help. "I think you already know what I'm going to suggest sir" he groaned "like hell I'm going back there after what sun said, besides there's no chance they would help me"
Eclipse shakily curled up on himself "m-maybe sun and solar Flare are right.." eclipse began to sob "GOD I'M PATHETIC!"
"I don't even know what I want..I might as well be a stupid child" He sobbed even more leaning on the wall hugging himself longing for some kind of comfort he knew he didn't deserve but wanted.
"Sir, do you need anything?" The soft voice of the computer came back wanting to help him. "N-no, just leave me be.."

This had been the happiest they've been since they separated and soon they would be even more happier once eclipse is gone, as long as everything goes to plan.
