Just watched Akame Ga Kill (which I found to be surprisingly heartwrenching) and I felt rather compelled to make this

kill la kill itself is kinda nsfw tho. if you think about what nsfw means. not safe for work. you dont want people to see you looking at practically naked girls in skimpy outfits.

I’m well aware of how profane kill la kill can be, I’d never try to argue that. But only like 1 of my posts has that profanity in it, the rest of them are clean, and if you look through my posts you won't find many practically naked girls in skimpy outfits

mako is her sidekick (and senketsu arguably)

Well that’s part of why I said “male sidekick,” and although she and Mako are obviously extremely close, I wouldn’t really call her Ryuko's sidekick, Mako isn’t capable of fighting or dealing with the same situations as Ryuko, and sidekick implies they’d fight side by side. And Senketsu is like the Cortana to her Master Chief, sure he’s important, but he’s not a sidekick.

Lol, I understand! Oddly enough I found that I enjoyed klk more the second time around, even though I knew all the plot twists were coming.
