Maybe I’ll get around to writing my headcannon of this scene/sequence one day. Here’s another old one I cleaned up and finished.

They got a little scrapped up while they were fighting.

Eon is still not happy about being tied up but Logan stuck her in his chair to patch her up while waiting for her to cool off enough that she’ll be able to hear the gang’s explanation of events.

Eon got caught taking an afternoon nap while waiting for machines to finish.

Eon and Era are twins. They are from a small town outside of Highwind that’s close enough that they just say that they are from there. They are from a merchant family where the every one has time/clock related names. All three kids ( they have an older brother who went to Portia ) became builders with a secondary specialty. Era’s secondary specialty is botany while Eon’s was fighting when they went to builder college ( I imagine it’s like, practical engineering + materials science?).

They both used to have dark hair and eyes until they both came down with a contagious sickness that tore through their town for which the treatment’s side effects were the lessening of being able to produce melanin. Era had a much worse case than Eon did so she needed to be treated multiple times, resulting in her losing her eye and hair pigment, and becoming permanently paler. Eon didn’t have it as badly so she ended up with red hair and gray eyes. But at least they both lived when many kids from the area who got it didn’t. They both still suffer from occasional bouts of pain and weakness, Era more often than Eon.

They had traveled to Sandrock as tweens with their mom and dad on a business trip once. Eon ended up meeting Logan (as a teen) there once, though by the time they met as adults they no longer recognize or remember each other immediately. Eon likely lost part of the memory due to the injury she got during that event or the illness. Logan didn’t recognize her due to her various appearance changes by that point, though he is the first to recognize her and to remember that instance and fairly early on, where she never fully does.
