march with us at boston pride ‘19!

hello everyone, long time no talk!! rainbow spaces project here, aka the group responsible for flicker sessions boston rainbow project 2017, hslot rainbow/boston strong project 2018, and flicker world tour irish flag project 2018!!!! we are very excited to announce that for the first time, we will be marching as an official organization in the boston pride parade 2019! this is really exciting to us and it’s been a long time coming. we hope that this enables us to bring more projects to future concerts—not just 1d related—and raise more awareness of the importance of lgbtqia+ inclusivity and safe spaces at concerts.

so what can you do? well, we have decided to open up spots for people who would like to march with us as a member/volunteer of the rainbow spaces project. no rules—just be a nice person from the boston/new england area, ready to march to celebrate love! all you need to do is fill out a form so we can get to know you. once you’re in our roster, we’ll contact you for any future projects!

the parade is on june 8th and the kickoff will be that morning at copley square in boston. other logistics will be detailed in the form, and anything not covered will be announced at a later date.

the irish flag project for niall’s show in mansfield, mass. is here!

we’re back at it again with another fan project! this is for the saturday, september 8th show in mansfield, massachusetts. 

we want the xfinity center to look like the map below! we’ll all hold up colored hearts during ‘this town’ to make the flag. 

green: sections 1, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11 white: 2, 6, 12 orange: 3, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15

since it’ll probably be dark, it may work best if you hold the heart in front of your phone light so it glows the right color. all the hearts will be provided and distributed, so there is no need to bring anything! just get excited and be ready to hold up your heart!! we hope we'll have your help lighting up the xfinity center and making this a memorable experience for all fans and for niall too! if you have any questions, feel free to dm us.
