Just two days living at my grandmothers house :/
But only a week by my family wuhu
I am currently with my grandma for a week. Buuuuttt I have school, ofc it's online haha and the good thing is that I only have to eat once a day.

The last few days I had a lot of stress, especially because of school. I stayed with a friend because of our school project and I was able to fast for 2 days.
Uff I've eaten so much the last few days. My stomach hurt all the time and i just felt fat.
I hope my metabolism is stronger and I don't get bad skin or get fatter.
Who also has online school like me? I'm so happy
It's enough if I have a coffee for breakfast and eat once at noon. I'm out for the evening so I don't need dinner.
We have a curfew from 8 pm so I have enough time to do workouts.
Wuhuu I fasted for 36 hours and ate with my family at 12. I got vanilla-soy-yoghurt with fruits. There's sweet potato this afternoon and that's enough.

I feel so bad I ate a lot yesterday. Mostly fruits but also lots of carbs, nuts and dried fruit.
Therefore I'll try to fast today and do my workout from yesterday.
I have finished my fasting it has become about 44 hours. I lost 3 lbs (1.5kg) in these days.
I don't want to be at home or with my family. There are only arguments with them. CAN THEY PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UP.
I just stay in my room and drink my tea, then I don't have to eat with them and I can continue fasting.
At 4 pm today I'll try to fast until 12 pm tomorrow so it would be 20 hours. But when I'm home my whole family is there so wish me luck.
I also did half of my training this morning and I do the rest in the evening. Luckily the rest is easy and not that strenuous. :)
to all my ed friends who live with someone and can’t restrict properly
here are some things you can do that they wont notice but will make a huge difference on you
1- drink a lot of water, im talking 2 liters a day minimum. drink when you wake up, before and after you eat, before and after a workout, every time youre close to the kitchen have a drink. it keeps you full, prevents binges, AND gets rid of water weight and empty fat cells
2- drink more coffee and tea instead of coke and monster. theyre healthier (coke will bloat you which can cause you to binge) you will still get caffeine in but in a better way!! also keeps you warm and helps digestion. i personally drink at least a cup or two of coffee and/or tea a day.
3- take cold showers. i know its freezing and im freezing too but a cold bath of 45 minutes can burn up to 300 calories and youll get used to the cold feeling
4- do intermittent fasting. it actually has benefits other than weight loss like better metabolism and better immunity. so they might even join you!! theres simple ones like 16:8 or 18:6.
5- if number 4 is not doable then you can stop eating after 6pm. it makes a huge difference you wont be as bloated, and youll slowly see your belly fat melt away
6- dont sit still. fidget around and pace around the house. get those steps up put on some music and dance around or walk around (if you can go out and get 10k steps a day thats even better)
7- eat with a small spoon to eat slower. helps with bloating and digestion plus youll get full off of less food
8- get a smaller plate, itll look like youre eating more than you are which will trick your brain into getting full quicker and your roommate to think youre eating more
9- if you have to sit down and have a meal with them STOCK UP ON VEGETABLES instead of doing half veggies half rice for example get more veggies and less rice, your plate will look full but calorie wise it will make a huge difference as vegetables have more volume and less calories
10- if you dont have to sit down with them eat less but more frequently. let them see you eat an apple then two hours later a small snack, then another hour later a salad. basically make them think that youre eating things throughout the day by eating low calorie snacks around them ( you dont even have to eat them just chew around them then go spit it out thats what i do) they wont think youre restricting
11- if you cant workout in peace then do SHORT WORKOUTS at night on an empty stomach. there are tons of quick workouts that have really good effects but here are some of my favorites (im telling you firsthand that they give great results)
5 minute ab workout 3 minute ab workout 4 minute lower abs workout
4 minute love handles workout 5 minute small waist workout
4 minute thigh gap workout 7 minute full inner thigh workout
10 minute full leg slimdown + 4 minute of optional cooldown
10 minute thigh and calf slimmer
edit: i forgot this one but number 12 SQUEEZE YOUR ABS like constantly clench them while youre doing anything its a GAME CHANGER

Is it just me or do your "friends" send you ugly pictures of yourself and everyone looks fatter than the one before? I mean do I really look that way? Like a piece of shit?
Little update: I neither gained or lost weight. That's not bad, but not good either. I'm trying a new workout today and hope to see a change soon.
I got high last night and had a little binge. I'm so afraid that I've gained weight. Sometimes I get very nauseous too. This happens more often after smoking, maybe I should stop.

Clean the wounds with warm water
Rinse dried blood from the area
Dry the wounds with paper towel, or a dry towel. Do not use a fluffy towel or tissues because fibers may get into the cut and cause scarring
If you have any, put Aquafor or a thin healing ointment on the wound or area-like what you would put on a healing tattoo
If you can, wear shorts or a tank top to bed; let the wounds dry and breathe overnight.
While it’s important to take care of yourself physically, it’s also important to take care of yourself emotionally
If you were crying, please drink some water
If you are feeling emotionally drained or numb, try to overcome it. Journal. Shower. Talk to a friend. Try not to let the numbness consume you
If you’re angry, hit a pillow, scream at the top of your lungs, let it out
If you’re feeling suicidal, PLEASE tell somebody, call or text a hotline, or distract yourself. Do what you need to, but PLEASE don’t act on your intrusive thoughts or impulses. You matter.
Forgive yourself. Eventually you’ll heal- physically, emotionally, mentally. You can overcome this. You will recover.
I know it isn’t easy, but try to take care of yourself.
You are important.
Your life matters.
You are worthy of a full and long life.
You are worthy of recovery.

Finally I found the shirataki noodles and miso soup paste. I went to several asia shops but only the last one had both. I'm so happy about that ^^
