I just found out that my scale is wrong and I actually weigh about 5 kg higher than I thought

Random useful tip I just found out
2 jumping jacks burns 1 calorie
There are 3500 calories in a pound
So 7000 jumping jacks burns a pound
If you did 100 you burn 50 calories
Doing a set of 50 jumping jacks is really easy and if you did 20 sets a day (or 10 sets of 100) you would burn 1000 calories. Do that every day and you’ll burn an extra pound each week along with everything your already doing!
Obviously this isn’t practical for everyone, but you could pile them up and do 100 or 200 in a go or with a few minutes break in between.
Like seriously, if your watching TV or just sitting around doing nothing do some jumping jacks

Okay, but, there is literally no reason you won’t lose weight. If you keep restricting and fasting and exercising, there’s literally NO way you won’t lose weight. You will reach your goal weight, no doubt, unless you give up. Keep yourself controlled, and there’s no way you won’t reach it. Even if it takes ages, but just think. All you need to do today is exercise and restrict, and tomorrow you’ll wake up closer to your goal. Repeat, repeat, repeat, and you will get there.
Idk if this is common knowledge but I just thought I'd share it lmao. For everyone who wants to convert kj into calories, instead of googling it you can put it into your calculator
Kj × 0.239
E.g. 250kj × 0.239 = 59.7 calories

Im so screwed. I bought my school uniform like 2 sizes too small so that I would be forced to loose enough to fit them and now school starts in 3 weeks and they're still too small.
