and i dont know about the rest of yall but i for one am VERY HAPPY that a book that sidelined its poc characters and wanted to k*ll them off is going thru so many problems lmfao so at everyone asking if we’re happy now yes tf i am & until @playchoices learns i hope all their tone deaf books continue having problems like this
"now is not the right time for the storyline we had planned" this is absolute bullshit. instead of rewriting your dumb racist storyline, you're gonna postpone the chapters because you think you're gonna get less backlash later? you've already ruined this book enough by only showcasing your white li and appeasing his fans while showing the other poc lis for two seconds and hoping their fans are satisfied, not to mention removing a poc li people actually spent money on!! maybe you should listen to your players for once and DO BETTER
So I just found out that in the scene at the beginning when my MC gets barged in on in her room by June, some people got Ethan. Just wanna thank PB for making it like that because if I’d had to read about Ethan walking into MC’s room when she’s in her underwear, I would’ve been creeped out. But for June it seems more in-character with her dgaf attitude like “nothing I haven’t seen before”. And she’s not an LI, so better yet.
I assume it must be something to do with romance points, so I’m just really grateful to not have another uncomfortable scene with Ramsey.

i'm sorry to all the ethan fans but this is absolute bullshit. we're three chapters in and already he's the only one to get consistent diamond scenes while jackie/bryce got only one in the beginning and rafael has been removed as an li. also ethan is the only one we can get closer to and get to know while most of the diamond scenes with other lis in the first book were hook ups which the characters act like never happened while you have all this longing with ethan. congratulations pb, you've managed to ruin my favourite book!
