I refuse to believe Reds this badass calculating pokemon battling genius. Thats an autistic dude with social anxiety and a pokemon obsession.

Does anyone else ever get reminded of enamorus's existence and dislike it, because everytime someone says this design is kinda bad everyone immediately jumps to saying it's hating women, they hate feminine pokemon, they hate fairy types because they're not cool masculine dragon types, etc, and while I don't deny those people absolutely exist, I think it's actually very fair to say this pokemon just isn't very good because it's not a good forces of nature addition? I have my reasons

Enamorous has genuinely that "man monsters vs women monsters" issue where the forces of nature get to be big, imposing, and muscular while she must be tiny and petite? Her body is completely different shapes from the already established trio that had their signature looks, the only thing matching is the fact she looks slightly like them and has the same cloud, but it's like an oc some random fan wanted to add for funsies and not a genuine addition to these guys? And don't you dare assume I say this because I hate her design, it's not BAD per say, certainly not my favorite even though I adore fairy types, but it's the fact she's sticks out so badly and in my opinion is a clear victim of misogyny in character design that I think it's pretty fair to say she's just not a good force of nature and because of it not a very great pokemon design

Her inspirations and the concept is really cool, but execution, especially when put to comparison of the group she's SUPPOSED to be apart of, is terrible. She should've been allowed to be muscular and imposing the way those three are, it was a cowardly design choice to make her as thin as a wood plank with spaghetti noodles for arms and with a long thin head instead of any chub and muscle because girls can't be bigger than a size zero I guess /s

THIS IS REAL!! I think part of what throws me off about her is that she's so obviously just the female addition to the forces of nature, and it doesn't really make sense to me. She feels out of place in so many ways, its really unfortunate.

She's pink, she's a fairy, she's got a totally different look from her male counterparts, shes so... painfully female that it starts to feel like thats the only point of the design.

i think whats always thrown me off the most is the shape and color. I feel like she would look so much better as, like, yellow with a pink accent color. with a more consistent body shape with the others. (also, had to look up what part of nature shes supposed to represent because they used a heart motif and named her 'enamorous'. she's a force of nature... why are her lust and love inspirations more prominent than the springtime ones?)

Also, do we think there is a possibility of Lysandre popping back up in future games? Obviously not as a main character, he's run his course there, but... like, a post-game side mission of some kind? actually, is there still a chance VOLO comes back??? I really hope his last physical appearance isn't in PMX, to be honest. I hate him, but I love to hate him. It is, however, looking like he's just going to be referenced sometimes... sighhs

I love when pokemon brings back and reference old characters a lot. makes for a good reminder that, you know, things are happening outside of the region you're currently playing in. ZA npcs mentioning Iono and Leon, Red and Blue showing up in alola, Penny's dad clearly being peony, Lacey and Drayton existing, etc. Sidenote, Is there any reference anywhere to penny being peonias sister? Anywhere????

I think it would be funny if he named his pokemon based on the very first thing that came to mind. and regrets it a lot.

so he has pokemon named after anime characters, random edgy things, and just. attributes of the pokemon. He started calling his feraligatr chompy as a placeholder purely because it keeps fucking biting things and within a week it doesn't respond to anything else. Getting my ass beat by some guy in an alleyway who keeps calling his mean ass bat Kars and cringing so so hard because he's pretty sure he sounds like a weeb. Playing with his Houndoom and he has to clarify like 20 times to concerned trainers that shes really hardly even battle trained, he just named her butcher because she 'looks like a butcher', she definitely doesn't need a muzzle or a leash, if she gets rowdy with your eevee she really is just trying to play, she doesn't know how big she is, pretty please don't call pokemon control

i personally think they’re young adults because… Lida had to pay rent and Harmony/Paxton are on vacation alone. They look kinda young but?? I think thats??? just the ZA art style?? Which i like a lot but it makes characters look way younger than they are sometimes LOL

this is Masaki Hayakawa, son of Kris and Kotone Hayakawa. To no fault of his moms, he somehow ended up addicted to video games and pretending like hes the only person who knows what sarcasm is. He spends a good amount of time irritating Hanyuu until she hits him and then claiming it was just ragebait and it worked. His chikorita, link, is a son of his mom’s meganium and intends to find him literally any hobby that doesn't involve computers, phones, or vr headsets. When he's older, his monstrous screen time spent on pokemon battling simulations pays off and he becomes pretty well known for his expert-level battle calculations. He spends his days searching out a rival who is just as powerful as him.
