Why do I like speak stuff or say stuff to myself like before I send a text or I debate about saying something online, said reply gets automatically breathed out of my mouth without thinking or sometimes when I’m just thinking about something I whisper it silently. it’s not like the thing where ppl might repeat phrases they hear from other people, it’s just I accidentally whisper to myself something I think or want to say, specifically online.
