❝Verity. Verity Farron. Why'd ya wanna know?❞
He kissed him back sweetly, shaking his head at the end. “I don’t need any more kisses! My lips are closed for now.” He said as he did a shutting down motion with his hand on his lips. A few moments later, he undid his lock on him, letting him go free. “Alright, let’s get to work!”
If he smiled anymore, his cheeks were gonna get stuck. He went to get the gallons of paint, heading to their bedroom, with a hum. It was a pretty big room for two, seemingly as large as the living room. He breathed out, before he began preparing the paint.
”I’m not gonna lie, about that. Ever.” He mused, before nuzzling his face into his neck. “You’re not in a dream. You’re putting a ring on it, and no backing out.” Dexter joked, before his eyes wandered around the empty apartment. “Now, we have to hurry up and start, because we...
A chuckle emitted from the younger, as he leaned in to press his lips softly against his lips. "...You're gonna make it hard to paint, if you keep asking for kisses." The brunet hummed, as he barely pulled away as he spoke. He really didn't mind himself, but there was a job to do.
"It’d be a good idea if you don’t lie, better for you." He stuck his tongue out at him, before placing a peck upon his pouting lips. "Oh, about time, right?" He chuckled, before wrapping his arms around the other’s waist, pulling him closer. "I can’t believe this is all going to happen so soon, it’s like I’m in a dream. Am I in a dream?"
"I'm not gonna lie, about that. Ever." He mused, before nuzzling his face into his neck. "You're not in a dream. You're putting a ring on it, and no backing out." Dexter joked, before his eyes wandered around the empty apartment. "Now, we have to hurry up and start, because we said we're moving out on...Tuesday? Then Wednesday we leave for the Bahamas...all in all, we have to paint, now."
"You can’t be serious!" He didn’t mean that in a bad way, but he was truly surprised, happily surprised. "Know that if you’re lying to me about that, I’m going to kick your ass." Ever so romantic.
"Like I'd lie about that!" He pouted, feeling almost offended. "Which reminds me, I brought in the paint, so we can paint our apartment." The boy mused, as he wrapped his arms around his neck. "We're getting married. On Monday, February 3rd, 2014."
“I’m not good at waiting.” He admitted, his head lowered slightly though a smile was still planted on his face. “R-really?” He let out after hearing him, eyes slightly more wide. “We could?”
"....So, I kind of did already. We're getting married on....Monday? Yeah, Monday." He was getting impatient himself, and a warm smile was on his lips. "I get to be Mr.Graham, by the end of this weekend."
"I wish that day was tomorrow." He’s not joking, he feels like the wait has been for forever.
"Patience, is a virtue." He scrunched his nose slightly, leaning in to kiss his cheek. "But, I spoke to Zennon. And she said, we might be able to have the wedding in a week...and go on an honeymoon, for two months, if we changes the date, the cheaper the venue is..."
"So. Less than two months, we're gonna be married." And he couldn't be happier.
[ she’s bouncing in place now, grinning widely but unable to help the slight note of concern. ]
“God, how much did you get, V? You didn’t waste all your money on me, did you?”
[ and another box, appeared out of nowhere, much bigger than the other ones. ]
"That, and one more. And babe, don't worry about it. I didn't waste all of my money."
[ o p e n ; ; ]
"Gro-ss!"
[ you don't like seeing roaches, but you don't freak out if you have monster guts on you? ]
[ she’s slow to open the box, squinting at it for a moment. when she finally flips the lid open, she can’t help the idiotic grin on her face. ]
“Babe—”
[ a toothy smile appeared on her lips, as she was glad she got a positive reaction. but she quickly stopped her, to go fetch another velvet box. ]
"Not done yet!"
“Presents?”
"Present number one."
[ she slips out a small blue velvet box. ]
