According to the Wheel of Time wiki, protagonist Rand al'Thor, Dragon Reborn, Coramoor, Car'a'carn, He Who Comes With the Dawn, Shadowkiller, King of Illian, Lord of the Morning, weighs 23.5 stone and stands 1 span, 1 foot, 7 inches high. He is in text described as having shoulders as broad as the length of an axe handle, and remarked upon as being taller than most people he met.

A stone is 14 pounds.

A span is 9 inches.

An axe handle is, let's say, 2.5 feet long.

14lbs × 23.5 = 329lbs

9in + 12in + 7in = 28in

It seems our beloved protagonist is in fact a very round boi at 2'4" tall, 2'6" wide, and 329lbs.
