Okay verity (YES the yellow ball) has caused me to crawl out of my slump and write. This isn’t proof read oops.
Verity x reader
The gentle thud of cobblestone being placed is heard outside. Perched upon his regular spot, verity watches with his usual precision.
The enjoyment he gets from observing these simple tasks is truly intoxicating. He wishes he could watch all of your actions. Each and every movement that your body could possibly make. It makes him desperate to always be at your side. But it’s not like he isn’t there most of the time! Whether it’s in your hand, from a safe distance, or unbeknownst to you in his other form guarding your house and watching you sleep at night.
It’s safe to say verity’s supervision is nearly impossible to escape. And so is his undying obsession with you.
You tug on the doorknob, arms tired from the placing of blocks for so many hours.
Verity wastes no time.
“Hey! I see you did a different pattern in the blocks than you normally do! I have many other kinds of patterns you could try if you-“.
His eyes scan you and land on a deep gash upon your left arm. Silence follows for about a minute as you try to find the cause of his abrupt pause, then,
“Come here.”
His voice wasn’t his usual cheerful tone. This request, rather command, was flat, serious, and shocking to say the least. Never once has verity told you with such finality to do something.
Slowly, you come forward towards your helper friend and hold out your arm, having some kind of guess of what the issue is.
There’s no smile plastered on his face. You decide to try and ease the situation.
“This? Verity, it’s nothi-.”
“This wasn’t done by a fall, it’s too clean. Some kind of weapon did this, some person.”
His voice is laced with malice. His face has morphed into an even more displeased expression.
Suppressing the uncertainty you begin to explain.
“It was just a run in with some pillagers. Honestly I’m grateful to have gotten away with such a minor injury.” You laugh awkwardly hoping to decrease some of the tension. This explanation only causes him to grimace further.
His voice dripping with possessiveness, verity delivers a chilling response.
“They will be dealt with.”
“Hah…wha-what?” You blink slowly, dumbfounded at such a hostile response.
“Nothing to worry about!” He smiles.
He smiles…as he stares at your conflicted face. Each and every way that he will tear these pillagers apart come nightfall buzzing in his head.
But for now he looks at you with his usual adoration and makes a mental note to bring this up the next time you decide to venture off on your own.
Watched sinners and I cannot get Remmick out of my head so here’s a little writing!!
(Reader has powers that enable them to read into others emotions and sometimes even their memories despite the fact that they are human and are not connected to any vampire hive mind. This is also set in a more modern time)
WARNINGS: vampirism, mentions of violence, mentions of evil, mentions of blood, mentions of murder.
————————————————————————
Your voice comes out louder than you expect, and a bit more aggressive than you want.
“Are you anything other than your pain and suffering?”
Remmick snaps his head back in your direction, causing you to jump, startled. Your sudden outburst has him intrigued. this was something new. In your cautious state you meet his eyes, and begin an examination.
You’re trying to pick apart his expression. It’s dull, relaxed, yet so puzzling. His eyes that were usually a coal color when around you had a red hue in them now. You swallow your realization, this is the last thing his victims see before they get turned. Was now your time, after all this effort to keep your humanity safe? Was now the time you’d feel his tongue glide over your torn apart neck as you bled all over your apartment floors. All while you faded off awaiting death that would not claim you, but him instead?
You dwell on the idea if what you asked was too bold, or too personal. Or maybe if it wasn’t even the question itself, but rather the tone. You think about what mistake you made to have him go so silent. You stay still and breathe slowly, to not give way to the fact that you are terrified. You know exactly what he’s capable of and yet, you have absolutely no idea when or if he’d use his capabilities on you.
Your special gift of reading one’s emotions was of no use to you currently You needed full focus for that and right now all of your attention was on trying to not do anything that may make the centuries old vampire snap and kill you where you sit. If you were focused on your ability though, you’d see that Remmick is feeling no where near in the mood for that. In fact he is feeling almost negatively about the amount of fear you are currently emitting into the atmosphere. Do you truly think, especially now, that he still plans to harm you?
He almost feels a wave of sadness with that thought. Almost..
Remmick was evil. You knew that. Yet you weren’t sure if it was pure or driven. You could see he had priorities, he longed to have his community of vampires back, and he wished so desperately to be able to see his deceased relatives once again. You know he carries so much pain, so much grief and agony, all of which you could feel yourself when you tried hard enough. he is forced into this earthly prison, never, for his soul to see freedom unless death by another claims him.
Remmick lost his people, his culture, all at the hands of others, you don’t blame him for the way he is. The motivation for his actions alone isn’t evil, no, but the lengths you’d seen him go, and the the way he’d go about doing them was undoubtedly malicious. Only things someone who saw no wrong in it could do. So broken yet so bloodthirsty. when you’d search in his past you were in a permanent battle with yourself, constantly changing your opinion of whether he was evil solely for a purpose, or if it was also because he enjoyed it. Eventually, you come to the conclusion that it is both. Remmick longs for his community back but at the same time he seems to relish in the fear and anguish he brings to others before turning them.
It scared you, all the things you saw in that vampire, all the violence and twisted fantasies, it seemed remmick didn’t have much room for anything else in his soul. Yet somehow, while you read his emotions, you always miss the large area which is his unshakable and growing love for you.
Remmick did his very best to hide it well.
He didn’t mean to fall for you, and in all honesty he wasn’t sure it was even possible. He could’ve sworn all of his humanity was sucked out of him the day he was turned, and all that was left was desperation and sorrow, but here he is falling not only for another being, but a human being.
The day you accidentally stumbled into his life, informing him of your special gift to look within people and read their emotions, he was intrigued, you are apart of no hive mind, you’re simply human. How does that work? He decided to keep you close by just because you could be of use to him. It’s not like he needed to make a deal with you for use of your power, he could simply force it out of you by turning you into his own. at first, you sparked much curiosity in the ancient vampire due to your power and he wanted to see if a human such as yourself, would obey him just as one of his own kind would. So, remmick striked his own little deal with you, for use of your power, you kept your humanity.
Once you proved obedient, he had started considering to change you, but each night he found himself latching onto more and more of your human qualities. He’d never seen such beauty in mortality before, and he never knew it could be so embracing. You were afraid of him that was obvious, but at the same time you seemed to show him such gentleness, so genuine, it had his very skin crawling. his body filled with want, want for more of you. More of your softness, your ability to empathize with him, your humor when you feel a bit more confident around him, but most of all he wants your most complicated emotion, love.
He still recalls the first day he ever noticed this intoxicating humane treatment of yours, the day you had asked him of his past, at first he considered to use this as a way to get even more of an upper hand, to manipulate you with a twisted story, but the way you looked at him with such emotionally charged eyes when you could already feel the deep rooted sorrow when he pulled up his past before he even spoke a word, had him at a loss.
Remmick ended up sharing the many tragedies of his past, to which, you softly cried to once he had stepped out of your home for the night. He ended up standing outside your door a few extra minutes to listen to the scene unfold. Now, Remmick didn’t have a working heart, but if he did this action of yours would have had it warmed with a bittersweet flame.
He found himself contemplating the reality of a human, vampire relationship more often than not. The biggest grey area that he’s unable to work out every time would have to be his vampirism.
His eyes tend to trail to your exposed limbs more often than he wants them to. Most times when this happens he excuses himself for a while and sometimes even takes his leave for the night. It’s painfully obvious to the both of you (mostly him) that remmick thirsts for your blood, terribly. It has you on edge, always waiting, watching for the time his control slips. But for the amount of time he’s been around you (almost every night for the past few months) you’ve actually begun to trust in the fact that he has impeccable self control.
Each night when he’d knock on your door, or hunt you down by your scent in the street, he made it seem as if he always needed you for something. An easy facade to keep up due to your trepidation regarding him, you were quick to answer his questions and very rarely (to his dismay) did you ask your own. Every night he’d give you a small task that you’d carry out during the daytime, at night you’d report back. You had almost no idea most of the information you had gathered was completely useless to Remmick and almost every night he’d conjure up a subject incredibly off task just to get you to speak more with him. He just needed to be with you. But he’d never admit that. He’d never admit a human had him yearning in such a way.
Remmick was kept unaware though that a sliver of you could see through him. you had somewhat of an idea that he was keeping you in his company each night for another reason unbeknownst to you. That reason you intend to find out.

A/N: guys holy moly I’m so sorry it took me an eternity to finish this but I hope you like it!
Warnings: maybe spelling errors, killing, death, royal family after reader, Feyd, blood, arena fights
Your hair was sprawled out as you laid on your back, it casted over the sheets of Feyds bed. Your arms were comfortably crossed over your ribs. And Your feet dangled off the edge.
Feyd mostly matched your position as he laid next to you. His arm closest to you layed out in the space between both your bodies. He itched to wrap it around you and pull you closer to him.
But unfortunately, how things were currently was as close as he was going to get. He wished to be something more with you, but even just being close at your side as friends kept him content. Silence filled the room before you inhaled to speak.
“Do you miss me?”
Completely taken aback by your question, Feyd turned his head to the side to look at you. His face contorted into an unusual look of concern. Your face stared at the nothingness of his ceiling until your eyes snapped to the side and your head slightly followed
There was no answer from him. He looked from your eyes down longingly at your lips then back up. You were unreal to him, something otherworldly, you were the most beautiful being he’d ever seen, and the most important to him as well. When he came out of his thoughts he looked back to you. Your face still awaited an answer.
“Why would I need to, when you’re right here?” His voice is gentle but still holds a bit of his rasp. Before you thought of an answer Feyd inhaled and continued “And I’ll never have to, I won’t let anyone take you from me.” There was that murderous gleam in his eyes that you’ve seen a handful of times. It was never directed towards you, god never, Feyd-rautha couldn’t stand the thought of you getting injured by his own hands, and it filled him with rage thinking of it being by somebody else’s.
You smiled at him, seemingly grateful at his answer and promise of protection. He returned your smile and inched ever so slightly towards you. His eyes trailed around the features of your face, they stop at your lips once again. This didn’t go unnoticed by you. You glanced down at his pale lips in return. Your faces began to invade the gap between the both of you.
Feyds arm reaches up and his cold smooth hand cups your face and pulls you in. His body heats up at the contact initiated. You close your eyes….and so does he.
Feyd-rautha twitches awake.
His mind recalls the images produced from his sleeping state. He remembers the odd question you asked him and his heart rate picks up when he recollects the end of the fantasy. It was like this most nights. Dreams and visions of you invading his mind, moments he’s had with you and moments he had wished to have with you.
The harkonnen desperately wants you back. It has nearly been 6 months since you seemingly disappeared without a single trace of where you may have gone. You aren’t dead, that is all that Feyd-rautha knows. And it keeps him determined to find you.
———————————————————————
Your ship wasn’t anything fancy. It could stay in space for long periods of time and is undetectable under any radar. It keeps you hidden, and that’s what you need most, especially now.
When you were found out to be residing on Giedi prime, you knew you had fucked up. You remember being awoken by your com that night ringing loudly. Once you groggily picked up, the call consisted of only a few sentences before you were on your feet and moving.
“Y/n, they’ve found you, you need to leave now! We have a ship ready for you at these coordinates!” The lady spoke on the other end. The coordinates were then listed on the screen.
You were grateful for the people at your job who were working to protect you from those who were out to hunt you, they believed in doing the right thing so when they discovered you floating through space, you told them your story and they took you in and offered you a job and their protection.
The truth is, you were the next Queen of your house, the standards for that queen were specific and high, one of the most important being you would need to be able to give birth to an heir. So from a young age you were tested for fertility so you could begin training, learning, and one day be married and give birth to an heir.
That was never fate.
A few weeks before you were to be married a freak accident occurred and it left you injured and to your houses dismay, infertile. Now, in most scenarios it wouldn’t have mattered if you were infertile but in your line of royalty there was information that could take down the entire nation of your planet that only a fit queen and king were supposed to know, and you were no longer of that standard of a fit queen due to your infertility.
You knew everything, and you were no longer going to be queen. This left them to having no choice. They were going to kill you and then begin training a different female relative of yours.
You were smart enough to realize their plans for you, so the night you found out of your infertility, you left. You knew they’d be after you the moment they realized you were gone.
Similar to when you ran away from your home planet you left most of your stuff on Giedi prime. Your heart ached a bit at the thought of leaving behind the good friend you had made here. You knew you couldn’t do anything about it so you at least gave him some attempt at closure when you scribbled down the note that he would later find. You’d miss him and he’d miss you ten times more. It’d drive him mad.
Along with the note that he found he also noticed his missing blade which brought you to the night prior. feyd had been showing you his collection of blades, you knew you shouldn’t have but you took one, you knew that someday your family would find you here and you wanted to be prepared. You hid the blade and as if you had foreseen the event, the very next night was when you would need to make your escape.
You dropped the note into one of your notebooks and slid the blade into your belt. You found the designated coordinates, and there your ship was. It hovered above the ground just enough for you to climb inside. You remeber looking back into the Giedi prime night, hoping that feyd-rautha would follow the one demand on that scribbled piece of paper.
Life after leaving wasn’t easy. You had plenty of battles and worked hard on combat training. The hardest part about leaving though was being away from feyd. You really did miss him. You cherished the moments you two had together and they often replayed in your sleep. With each day your desire to see him again grew.
Which led you to now, 6 months later, you are back, hovering just off of the atmosphere of the black and white planet. You know it’s a horrible idea to pay this visit but you need to see Feyd. The way you left him haunted you, you know you were his only form of support and you just up and left without any warning. You owe him the knowledge that you are sorry and willing to do whatever it takes to make it up to him.
You wonder what he is doing now, you wonder if he ever found that note, you wonder if he’d even cared that you’d left. You wonder if he’s missed you as much as you’ve missed him.
‘What ever he may think, I’ll find out myself’ you think, as your hand pushes the steering mechanism forwards. You ready yourself to enter Giedi prime once again. You flip the switches and type in your coordinates for landing. You push and your ship begins to fall into the planets gravity.
———————————————————————
Feyd-Rauthas arms are outstretched. His muscles exposed to the air within the threshold. Servants gather around him, painting the black shapes over his nearly white skin.
Ever since you left, this has been his only source of enjoyment. Killing those drugged slaves in the arena. His only way to cope with your disappearance.
Once his servants are done, he is handed his blade. The nervous harkonnen male avoiding heavy eye contact as he presents them. Feyds hands graze the tip of it and his reflection can be seen in its polished surface. Every time the blade is brought out he thinks of you and how somewhere in the galaxy you posses the missing one from his collection.
Feyd dismisses his servants, at this they all rush out, desperate to leave the presence of the na-baron. Unfortunately for the last servant to leave, the harkonnens blade penetrates her. The sharp object colliding with flesh sounds about 8 times before the sickening sound of a body against the ground follows.
Feyd-rautha walks out of his chamber Hungry for more meaningless gore. He scans the hallway, waiting for the next person to cross his path. Only about 10 seconds pass before a veiled being in all black turns the corner. Their back turned to him as they continue to walk.
The harkonnen smirks and follows quietly in pursuit. His presence going completely unnoticed by the target. Feyd-rautha readies his blade.
He grips onto the persons shoulder and pushes his blade straight to their jugular. Before he makes his next move, the person speaks.
“I thought you’d be here.” Your voice sounds through his ears.
Feyd-rauthas heart skips a beat, His knees almost go weak, and his hands begin to shake. Y/n? Is it really you? But It can’t be you, you left him without any indication of coming back, how could this be you? How could you have come back? The harkonnens mind races rapidly and his grip loosens.
With that, you slip out of it and turn to face him. You unveil yourself. Feyd-Rauthas heart races and his chest rises and falls unsteadily. His eyes stare down at you taking in the features he had missed so much. It really is you.
As Feyd stands awe struck You wonder what to do. It wasn’t like you could act casual ‘hey, I’m back after abandoning you for months and not telling you where I went!’ That would be arrogant and disrespectful. You know you owe him an explanation as to why you left but right now you are at a total loss for words.
His eyes hold hints of desperation and excitement yet his face displays utter disbelief. You wait to see if he’ll say anything but moments go by and he doesn’t. You take it upon yourself to speak first but regret it instantly when the sentences tumble out of your mouth and merge.
“Feyd-rautha-my lord, I’m terribly sorry that I left..-I I do have an explanation-“
You are cut off by his hands gripping you arms and pulling you into him. You look up at him before he connects your lips. His kiss is deep and full his hands are desperate as they go from your arms to your hair to push your face further in. You deepen the kiss too, making Feyds body warmer as you both stand.
After many seconds you both pull away for air. You’re shocked to say the least, as for the harkonnen he stares at you with desire, his eyes roaming you and his hands now feeling your waist, pulling you closer against his muscular torso.
“I’d like that explanation, we shall talk about it in my room. I will cancel my arena fight.” His voice is low and full of contained urgency. His heart hammers in his chest and it’s as if nothing else matters. You have finally come back to him.
He can’t take his eyes away from you as he leads you to his room. Once you two are there your lips meet once again and he’s ready to live out all the things he’s dreamed of knowing that you’re ready too. You love him and that’s all he’s wanted since the second he had met you.
Feyd-rautha is never going to let you leave him again, especially now. Your entire family and their army could come after you and he would be at the front line defending you with his life.

Feyd-Rautha x reader
A/n: this is a Drabble I’ve been working on for the past week and I will most likely make a part two!!
Synopsis: You use your job to hide on different planets from a family feud. While living on Giedi prime you catch the attention of the Na-Barron himself and create very close ties with him. The time you have on the planet though is unfortunately short lived, you flee, leaving behind the man you’d, unknowingly made fall in love with you, Feyd-rautha
Other mentions: soft!Feyd, Feyd is obsessed with reader, reader is oblivious, this turned out a bit angsty but part two will tie it up.
Warning: mentions of blood, mentions of death, blade to readers throat, blade mentioned, Feyd is a whole warning in himself.
Everyone knew how cruel and sadistic the Baron harkonnens nephew was.
Everyone knew just what he was capable of.
Anyone who’d ever talked to him without being murdered by his own hands would tell you he was truly terrifying and psychotic, a being who is completely incapable of any feelings such as love, vulnerability, gentleness….
Everyone knew that.
Everyone, but you.
You and feyd-Ruathas entire friendship was rooted from a mishap. You were someone from a far away planet who had come to study the ways of the harkonnens on Giedi Prime, at least that’s the job profile you displayed to them.
The day you arrived there, not a single harkonnen payed you much attention and you weren’t bothered by that, going about your business daily, studying the planet, and occasionally watching the brutal battles in the arena.
Not a soul on Giedi Prime had any idea who you were and what your actual reason was for exploring their planet, and you intended to keep it that way. Keeping your existence to a low and never acting out. Your appearance alone already stood out enough among the harkonnens. The last thing you needed was word getting out of your inhabitants on Giedi prime.
Life on the black and white planet wasn’t as bad as many people picked it out to be. You stuck to your “job” and lived peacefully in your guest coordinates. You ate well, slept well, and trained just fine on your own. Until the day your tranquility was disturbed.
That day you and him crossed paths was by far the most chaotic day you’d had on the planet. You had your things huddled in your arms, your com was ringing with a call from your research centre, your mind was thinking of the quickest way back to the guest chambers, yet your feet were taking you elsewhere.
After realizing you were completely lost, you took a bit to calm down and found the nearest bench along the walls of the stronghold and answered the com to update your work place of your progress on Giedi Prime.
Once the call was over, you grabbed your things, and once again realized you had no idea where the hell you were. You let out a sigh as you turned on your heels only to be met with a blade thrust up against your jugular.
Your feet instantly halted.
“Where are you wondering to?” The person holding the blade rasped out. ‘Shit’ Despite your initial panic, you just simply wanted to get back to your guest room, the day had already been stressful enough and you weren’t the type to be afraid of some sick harkonnen who wanted a rise out of a foreigner. ‘First few weeks on this damn planet and I’m about to get slaughtered for walking in the wrong area.’
You knew the harokenns were a driven race but this was just pretentious.
“I’m trying to find the guest chambers, this place is like a maze, I got lost along the way.” You drawled out, keeping the annoyed tone down a notch, doing your best to not anger the male with the blade.
Seconds went by before he withdrew the knife. As soon as he did you whipped around to face the offender and your heart hammered when you came face to face with the Na-Baron himself.
What you didn’t know is that when your eyes met, Feyd-rauthas heart started to hammer too.
The harkonnen paced around you a few times looking you up and down as you stood still, a skeptical look displayed on your face, yet an intrigued expression on his. ‘What the hell is he doing?’ Your train of thought was stopped when he came closer to you, his face neared yours, his breath tickled your nose and his lips twitched ever so slightly when he was just inches away.
Moments passed but with each one you felt your facade slipping away. You nervously drew your lips into a line as he made eye contact with you once again. His deep blue eyes held something that you couldn’t read. Your act was about to crumble before him.
A few more seconds passed and it was as if your unspoken prayers had been answered when he backed up and simply walked the other way down the hall. You watched with a perplexed look during his exit.
Once he was out of your line of sight you blinked away the look and shook off the interaction. ‘What the actual fuck just happened’ you were completely baffled. He just let you go, no further questions, didn’t give you any directions, and he had gotten so close?!?
You stood for a bit, conflicted. As for the Harkonnen himself, he was feeling waves of ambivalence.
He didn’t know if it was the beauty you possessed or the way your eyes seemed to sparkle with curiosity once you realized who he was, but from that moment on Feyd-Ruatha was infatuated with you.
The very next day he had come to find you. He’d looked into your cause and he was determined to be the one to show you the culture of the harkonnens.
At first, you weren’t amused with his persistence and it was a wonder to many how he didn’t just force you into letting him be around you. He was always finding ways to bother you after his duties and training. Being with you exhilarated him, the surge of emotions added a new type of pleasure to his days. He wasn’t going to give up an opportunity like this. And he definitely wasn’t going to let any other harkonnen be the one in his future spot next to you.
When you finally realized you weren’t getting rid of him you decided to accept it. You let him tag along on your explorations, let him teach you things about the planet, even going as far as him introducing you to his uncle and brother. (Which ended in Chaos and you two swore never again). Feyd had started to grow on you and you got used to his presence, you even started to enjoy it. It was nice having a friend on the planet, even one who was a blood thirsty murderer, but nonetheless, Feyd was never anything other than respectful and his interesting version of kind to you.
Each day was something new with you, while he was teaching you, you were also teaching him. You and him trained together, ate togther, and talked about almost anything and everything. The topics went from simple things to things that were more intimate and personal. You considered telling him the true reasons why you sprung from planet to planet “exploring,” but you decided it wasn’t wise considering that he may not understand or even believe you. Now, while you recall these memories you regret never telling him that you were in fact running from something.
Surprisingly, Feyd had actually opened up a few times and shared some of his twisted beliefs with you. Even if they were insane you did your best to understand him and point him in directions that would cause a lot less blood shed. To your surprise, he took some of your advice.
He hated how weak you could make him but at the same time he couldn’t get enough of you. He craved you deeply. Everyday he spent with you only made his need for you stronger. The smiles you’d give him, the gentleness of your hands when you would dress his wounds after an arena fight (If he ever had any injuries from the arena that is), the softness of your voice when you would teach him things from your home planet.
It was truly intoxicating to him.
Feyd was incredibly protective of you too. Not letting many get too close to you and always making sure you were unharmed by other harkonenns. Feyd himself had no desire to ever hurt you either, he actually despised the thought of hurting you altogether. It was one of the reasons he didn’t want to force your hand, no matter how badly he wanted his fantasies of you to come true, he knew he wouldn’t take joy in forcing them upon you.
It was safe to say you had worked miracles on him. You were the only being in the entire universe who could bring this side out of him.
Feyd-rautha loved you.
So the day you just disappeared out of no where was a day nobody enjoyed. When he’d realized your absence and was informed that no harkonnen on the face of Giedie prime had any idea where you had gone, he completely lost it. He killed everyone in the room with him in that moment.
He dropped as many bodies as he possibly could that day. Acting as though they were to blame for you disappearance.
He tried to track you, find a trail of where you may have gone, anything to bring you back to him. He looked for hours, not wanting to believe that the trail to your current location was completely cold. It was as if you’d vanished into thin air.
All of your belongings were left in your guest room. Nothing of yours was missing. The only thing that had gone missing the same day you did was…his blade.
The harkonnen thought the worst when he uncovered this detail. He thought of you fighting against some kind of enemy with his blade in hand, defending yourself all alone, while he had no way of protecting you. Feyd had never felt heartache but when he thought of you alone and scared, fighting for your life, it surged through his chest and even put warm, piercing lumps in his throat at times.
There was only one other piece of evidence, but it proved you were alive. A week after finding that his blade was missing he went to your room to search it once again. This time he found a note taped in one of your analysis journals. ‘I’m sorry, don’t come looking for me’ it’s writing was rushed and sloppy.
The harkonnen stared at it before the weight of the situation settled onto him. You had left, you had run away from him. But this also meant you were alive.
Feyds murderous tendencies only grew from then on. He killed for no reason now. Slaughtering anyone if they did something out of his comfort. His anger being taken out on servants, and the drugged slaves in the arena.
Feyd seemed to hate everything other than killing. But the one thing that drove him mad was the fact he couldn’t bring himself to hate you.
Each night he’d have dreams of you. Dreams of your hair flowing in the geidi prime wind. Your smile glowing as he shows you yet another trick of his. Your soft voice pulling him into a deep sleep. At the end of the day, this was the closest he could be to you. Sleep was his escape and Feyd-ruatha was desperate. He wasn’t ashamed to be lulled to sleep by the thought of you every night. His finger tips wrapping around the sheets when his dreams consisted of times with you.
Feyd and you and never been closer than mere friends but you also had no idea that you were everything to him.
Now, as you float through space months after you had made your escape, you replay those memories in your head. And you make a promise to yourself. You won’t get close with anybody again until you are done running.
