And for me that is medicine, and it will always be.

I don't want to question myself and overthink anymore.

My days lately are mostly about sports and studying.
I started running about two months ago but it was random, my progress was something I never focused on.
But for someone who couldn't run for 10 minutes, meeting the coach at the park made me realise how much I needed this.
I can hold up to 30 minutes now Alhamdulilah, and the coach created a group that i was the very first member of.
I also joined the library and started taking my IGCSE and other goals seriously Alhamdulilah.
And to be honest, balancing running, judo and studying isn't easy. Yet I am thankful and happy despite feeling exhausted sometimes.
The change starts from within, often random and messy but it never goes to waste.
May God give us strength to keep showing up, for consistency really creates magic.
Alhamdulilah.
God if this is the chance I've always prayed for, then please give me the strength, guidance and discipline to give it my all.
I will put all I have and more if this is all it takes. Just please give me strength and faith to keep going no matter what.

What is life without a goal that keeps us walking forward?
For what forces us to grow and face the unwanted, is what makes it all worth it.
Life can throw many tests in our way. But thanks to God progress isn't in what you see, but what you learn and gain.
Spending these days by myself...
Choosing yourself isn't bad, even if it can be lonely.
At least I get the chance to bake 'khefef' while listening to music.
No matter how heavy yesterday was.
I ran, felt the pressure and faced their storms and cried since no one is here to see me.
Life is full of ups and downs we just make everyday count by showing up.
Met a kind lady today on the bus.
The way she kept encouraging me and saying warm words that filled my chest awakened a part of me.
It is amazing how God send some people on your way when you feel hopeless, especially those you have never met before

You can call me Faith - well at least that's what my real name means.
My name in Arabic means Faith, Safe or the one who keeps others and things safe.
This is not my first blog nor the first time for me to write.
But I want this time to be exceptional since I am planning to work and study to make my dream come true.
