park date + first kiss with Blackpink’s Rosé
Spring had recently begun, and everywhere you looked nature painted the environnement green.
Trees regained their leaves and started blooming.
Flowers sprouted from the cracks in de pavement, in the gardens and on balconies. You saw more booths along the lanes selling them.
and boy oh boy, were you aware
Not because you may have been passing an increasing amount of couples
but because you yourself had caught it
The only flower you could notice, the prettiest of them all, was walking hand in hand with you alongside the river
Park Rosé and you were on your now third date
Because of the recent better weather, you had decided to take it outside and go on a picnic
And now the sun was setting, hitting the waves and bathing Rosé in a warm, soft light
You couldn’t help but stare, couldn’t help but think how lucky you were to be there with her
couldn’t help but remember how nervous you were when you asked her out
“H-hey Rosé, could we talk?” you asked as you felt your cheeks start to flush
“Of course~” she said in her melodious voice.
You noticed the girls next to her giggling and pulled her to a window.
The mid-day sun made her eyes sparkle…
“So what’d you wanted to say?” she asked curiously
“Well, uh, you stuttered at first”
“I,..., well, I thought, I’ve been thinking…”

“Well, I think you’re really nice and I wondered if maybe you wanted to, like, get coffee sometimes?”
She looked surprised, “Oh!-”
A smile lit up her face, “Of course, Y/N, I’d love that!”
And now here you were, a bit more then a month later.
“What are you looking at, Y/N?” Rosé noticed you staring and a blush crept onto her cheeks. she giggled and looked away
“I was just thinking about when I asked you out…”
You two smiled as your gazes met.
Her soft eyes completely occupied you everytime you noticed them.
just like that day, they were sparkling
It’s like she held the universe in them
The diamond chandeliers on Cinderella’s ball could learn a thing or two...
You raised your hand up to her face and caressed her cheeks gently and she leaned in to your touch
She also rose up her arms, to your waste, rubbing cirkels into the small of your back
You two were quiet for a bit, enjoying each other’s company and listening to the waves of the river softly yet steadily hitting the shore while the birds were chirping busily.
She had this way of making you feel like you achieved inner peace and at same time like a hurricane raged inside you...
A thought rose up in your mind
The same thought which had been plaguing you for a while now
Should you kiss her? Now?
The same insecurities as when you asked her out followed the thought as usual...
A cold breeze interrupted your thoughts, and your moment
“Hey-” you quickly slipped off your jacket and gave it to her
“It’s getting a bit late, maybe, can I walk you home?”
“Oh, it’s gone by so fast- well, sure then,..., please” she smiled
You took her hand and continued your walk, this time in the direction of Rosé’s place
By the time you reached it, the sun had set and some stars had started appearing
You stopped in front of the door and turned to face her
“I really liked this afternoon” you said
She looked at the door, and then back at you, expecting, in a way...
You were confused: what were you supposed to say? Do?… gosh you really had a way with words, didn’t you… She looks so pretty…
Once more, you felt you were blushing
Rosé giggled… and rolled her eyes
She slung her arms around your neck and-
Your mind had been occupied with the intention for w e e k s
and now she made the first move
maybe you would never dared
maybe you should be grateful
but you couldn’t process that
as soon as her soft lips had touched yours your clouded mind cleared up
like spring had done to the city
Rosé’s wonderful kiss now did to you
This was the best feeling in the entire world
...her lips are so, so soft...
Way too soon to your liking, she slowly started pulling back
Just a bit, so that she was hovering right in front of your face, you noses still touching.
“What’d you think of tha-”
you leaned back in, pulling her closer
This time there were no anxious thoughts
it was just you and her, in a tender embrace
When you at last pulled back, you both smiled
“Thank you for today, Y/N”, she whispered
Rosé let go of your embrace and turned away to open the door
As she entered, she turned around, and gestured for you to come closer
as you did, she pulled you face close to hers once more and pecked the top of your nose
“I’m really starting to fall for you, Y/N…”
and with that she closed the door.
Leaving you a bit dazed, but never happier
