Here is some of my thoughts about jjk manga and the way jjk progess recently:

Although it is great that Gege incorporate many references from religions, jjk plot just too much, it is too overload. Yes Gege has so many great ideas and the creative ways that they can involve them in the stories. But it just makes readers have a hard time to catch up and understand the concept. For me in the most recently chapter, I honestly think jjk has become a mess.

Second is that female characters, heroines in jjk didnt have enough character developments and plot relevance. Maki is great, she does have a development, but honestly is just a power up for her, and a Toji 2.0 version. Her mental development did not change at all. And Nobara as one of the main characters, she did not have enough presence in the plot, her story literally got stuck and Gege didnt know how to elaborate her further so they just put her in a coma and just that. Other like Momo or Mai, even the teacher Utahime just show up and dissapear like nothing. And i was so dissapointed that the only female special grade sorcerer Yuki didnt have stage to show off her power, every scenes she appeared to just talk. Yes yes she has great idealism but that's not enough.

I also dont like that Yuuji has been put in the sideline, and non readers always assume Gojo is the only main character.

The worldbuilding of jjk is bad, like real bad. In the begining, the story is ok because of the limited characters, but when the story expand further, it becomes very illogical. The recent arc overload with new characters; the japanese gorvernment didnt do anything and let sorcerers rambling around to kill each others and civilians; etc.

The card I picked was The Emperor reversed when I got the card I had a flash of a lot of a kinda dramatic images like a kingdom falling, castle on fire, fallen king or tyrant. At first I blamed it on game of thrones but I kept thinking about this even during the next day where I started working so yeah here we go on a dramatic fallen kingdom pick a card. Not everyone wants you dead, not everyone is here to harm you the world isn’t against you, no your guides don’t think you’re some stupid human, they never did.

You are lost in a storm of chaos and let it put you down too many time, for most of you, you might even just gave up on the idea of having a ”good life”. You might have experienced a lot of loss and failed project now you’re left alone in the dark with ruins and crumbs. Remember our world was created after a big explosion, after chaos comes the void, the ”nothing” and from nothing life is created. Yes it is an horrible situation to be in I totally am with you and you are right you need to takes a break in order to make everything calm again but after this calm you’ll need some time to think about what do you want your world to be like ? What do you want your life to look like ? Write everything down and truly think about it. I also got the advice that when writing this dream life relationships need to be the last topic you need to think about so you are sure to not make your world revolve around others. Imagine your perfect day, your perfect look, your perfect home, your perfect job so you put yourself first and be in phase with this energy and then you can look at other people but now you won’t search satisfaction from people but pure and genuine connection that benefit both of you. Remember chaos don’t happen just in order to destroy you because it’s evil, it happen so things that are stagnant move and so you can create a new foundation.

You are afraid of your own power, you refuse to just think about the idea of having a full potential... but my dear that’s something everyone have there is no talent or choosen one in this world there are only people who chosed to put effort into their potential. Yes the beginning is very hard but of course it’s hard you can’t get things just because you want it. Yes that artist got a nice style and sell their art but what do you imagine ? They woke up one day and say ”hmmm I think im going to be an artist” and boom talent came out of nowhere. Oh no it’s years of training, years of burn out, years of doubts and fears of not thinking you took the good path. I also heard ”spirit or anything you believe in won’t do the job for you, you’re not a baby”. All of that doesn’t mean you have to kill yourself with work either. Your whole message just mean ”move yourself,get up and go for it or stay where you are”, you’re not the one to be blame for failing something however you are the one to be blame for not trying again and letting hardship swallow you. Remember that you have power, try to find the source of it , what makes you feel powerful what inspire you to keep going ? You got everything you need in your heart you just need to listen to yourself for once.

41. What’s the craziest witchcraft-related thing that’s happened to you?

I often talk about this one to people who talk to me about my craft ; I physically saw the demon I interacted with after asking for a confirmation, he looked like a tall shadow figure for some reason I was afraid but also felt so calm when I saw him (kinda sad it happened once in the beginning of my practice and now I rarely see stuff)

52. What is your biggest witchy pet peeve?

New ager/wicca . At first I tried to just avoid them, then after joining the divination community I was face to face with them so I was just telling myself "k act like you tolerate it's not your practice it's ok" but oh boy new age is making a lot of damage where I live, almost erasing other types of witchcraft. I'm truly tired of seeing people talking about appropriated stuff (spirit animals or Lilith) without making a lot of research or they just look at ressources that agree with them :| or they say "but I don't mean any harm" ok then stop ? Also they are still using twin flame related stuff while we all know where it come from etc but "no I don't mean any harm while talking about it, I'm not talking about the evil twin flame" no no there is only one twin flame concept and if you want an other term there is simply "soulmate" even if this term got lost in a lot of false belief. I'm saying that here because I mostly see new ager/wiccan do that but I'm sure other people from other belief system do it, acting like everyone got the same belief as you. The easiest exemple can be the whole drama about curses and that if you do one it goes back to you 3 times but there is an other one. As a someone who works a lot with demon how many people I saw talking to me or an other person in the same kind of path that involve demon saying "demons are harmful being and straight up evil !!!"... And ? First of all demons are neutral, second... Why are you saying this to someone who work with them, exchange with them and see them in a total different way ? Oh you're going to show me their description from goetia who isn't something we refer to and is not even the surface of those beings🥹?

I'll stop there because I can't stop talking haha but you get the image there are some other stuff but that's the biggest one, the second one is the obsession with astrology but with my lack of knowledge I can't say more it just makes me feel weird that people tell you "you got free will" then tell you everything is writed on your chart... So it's like Naruto you say destiny doesn't exist and you're the one shaping the futur but in the end destiny exist and everything was writed from the beginning?

93. What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone who is searching for their matron and patron deities?

Oh boy my first advice will sound annoying but I've been there, the short answer is don't search for your matron/patron it's like searching for a lover and only wanting your soulmate, the long answer is yes search for that but it need a lot patience (also the term patron/matron comes from Wicca, I think but people always end up with a "main deity"/patron)

I'm going to show you a simple exemple I'm in a group of people who started witchcraft togheter (we are 4) and evolved together, one of us chosed her deity right in the beginning, two of us ignored their true call (I'm one of those two 🫣) and the last one was just waiting for things to fall on his laps

Now we are on our 8th year of practice, yes we all found our main deity now (and it took a lot of time)except the one who was waiting for things to fall on his lap but he know where to search.

1. Don't wait for a deity to chose you, maybe you got some connexion with one but don't know it yet it's possible but from my experience no one is chosed

2. Since you're a kid is there an entity or an archetype that always inspired you, for me it was Lucifer (I've made a post about it maybe it can help)

3. Do you truly want a patron ? Here it's pure on my pov, having a patron mean it's an entity you'll be bound to, it's being devoted to them maybe now without being into it you tell yourself it sound good and yes it's nice to know that there is this being you can trust and got your back but it also mean you have to put the work etc

4. Let's say you really like Artemis but you're not a big fan of the Greek pantheon and their belief in general, do you like Artemis or do you like the moon ? The hunter archetype ? That she is a goddess ? The animals associated with her ? Or you can ask yourself those questions without having a deity in mind

5. Time spend with a deity ≠ they are my patron

I've been working with Leviathan since many years, he isn't my patron and I'm not his devotee, Lucifer made many appearance but I've not spent that much time with him, he is now my patron. Asmodeus was presented to me as having the potential to be my patron but when I worked with him I didn't felt like it or maybe it's meant to happen in the futur who know but in the end I'm not working with him anymore

6. Know that in the end you'll find your patron/main deity. It's someone that you find along the way sometimes it's someone who's just next to you but you're not looking at the good ones, you are free to chose and free to meet as many deity as you want until you tell yourself "damn I love that one we got a amazing bound". Be patient, it's ok to meet and entity you work well with but then they leave or you don't feel like working with them anymore, it's ok if you search thousand of pantheon as long as you go in those place with sincerity. Hell, i've been from Tyr to Loki then to Apollo and many others I've even tried to approach Tiamat, yes it's a lot of deities but when I was on their side I was doing it with sincerity and pure wish of wanting to learn from them and "pay back" for their services. Even now if I have found my path I told myself many times that I miss Apollo but it really wasn't for me, same with the Egyptian pantheon I truly love them but I felt so distant just like when I worked with the Norse pantheon I didn't find a home but I found a pantheon that accepted to welcome me in their home and let me learn then let me leave once I was ready.

You say you have trouble to understand that concept and it's fully normal, first if you try to do research you'll only fall on article from new age blogs etc and the funniest is if you search "twin flame origin" because those mad guys litterary take the origin and definition of soulmate. I haven't done this research since my begining and damn it was hard to find links to put here.

Before I explain what it is and where the wrong stuff is I'd like to remind something. Sadly spirituality is "a place" full of scammer we know this since the dawn of time. People often turn to spirituality in their last resort (not always of course I'm talking about majority) of course scammer got specific target : desperate people and the ones who don't know that much, people who are easy to trap. What are the bait ? Two simple subject ; Money and Love. I feel like back in time money was the main source of scam but now oh boy Love, love is now the biggest bait

What is a soulmate ?

Actually the term ”soulmate” comes from an author but it’s the most knew term based on the greek story of human’s origin, it is said that back in time humans had 4 legs, 4 arms, 2 heads and 2 heart (im not sure for the heart) but one day the gods separated humans into 2 beings. ” αδελφή ψυχ” mean other half it isn’t to define an actual person, it’s like an expression, it is used when you found someone who you love deeply it is like saying ”you are mine and I am yours”. So in the end ”finding your soulmate” = meeting someone you truly bound with, that you deeply love and trust. Soulmate ≠ someone over here is meant for you. Some people say soulmate can be about platonic love but the greek ”other half” is purely about romantic love. So to be clear in order to explain to you the twin flame stuff i’ll use the term ”soulmate” as romantic love like it’s origin

OK so now imagine you’re someone who’s very lonely and you really want to meet love,you’re almost desesperate then someone come to you and tell you ”hey, did you know that there is something stronger than a soulmate ? It’s called a twin flame it’s your other half and you have to go through a whole journey in order to find them !” (im using neutral pronounce but this concept is deep into cis heterosexuality) who is your twin flame ? It’s someone from the opposite sex who is meant to complete you, once you’ll find them you’ll find yourself !

How do you know someone is your twin flame ?

You don’t know it you feel it, you feel deep love toward someone so what to do ? It’s time to tell the- they say no ? Oh don’t worry love it’s normal ! Remember twin flame are stronger than soulmates they are a challenging relationship!! (Congratulation you’re now a chaser)

You’re in a relationship and it’s very difficult and challenging but you love them ? Keep going it’s your other half ! They horrible to you ? They are wounded and you need to heal them remember you are nothing without them ! Are they still toxic ? You might not put enough effort in this relationship. You broke up ? Don’t worry twin flames always need to separate each other in some way it is a big sign that this person is your twin flame have faith ! You got it twin flame is made for people to keep call upon spiritual scammer people to ask help again and again, to pay 40$ (or more or less) to get a love reading about their twin flame thousand of time. Here I gave the exemple of a chaser but this concept is made to create stalker, for people to be stuck into very toxic relationship there are many story online about people’s ”crazy ex who said I was their twin flame” or how people stayed with a narcissic dude just because ”it was their twin flame”. This concept is made to make you feel miserable and not complete in order to play with your insecurities. No matter how and when you use this term, it is giving those crazy scammer and their victimes stronger.
