A beautiful and wonderful weekend. I love good people with good thoughts and good intentions. Good intentions don’t always equal a good person, but bad intentions almost always equal bad people. So intend for good, and if you screw up know that you were at least trying. Take responsibility, work through it to forgive yourself, and move on to use that knowledge in the future 🤟🏻

Get help if you need it. Contact your insurance. Find a therapist who accepts it. Talk to your parents and friends about it but don’t assume that they can be your therapist. There are people who are trained to be systems of support. I can’t do this, and if you feel like you can’t, I get you. But PLEASE consider it. TRY. someone (me) loves you enough to encourage you to try.
