You never have to "earn" your fuel. I used to have a distorted view of food 🚫 I wouldn't eat as much if I didn't work out, I would restrict myself if I overdid it the previous day and went over my "macros", I would feel anxious about eating in general. Oh my gosh, those 10 grams of carbs are going to ruin my physique 🙅 no no no! #foodisfuel we need fuel. Think of your body as a car 👉 your vehicle may run on low fuel, but eventually your car will break down and become run down and unusable if you continue to neglect treating it properly. Never feel like you have to earn food. Just eat healthy and work out. Live a #balanced life and don't micromanage yourself. It will drive you insane. It's about health for the long run 💕
