You Have to See the Unbelievable Birthday Cake Blake Shelton Got!

Monday (June 18) marked Blake Sheltonās 42nd birthday, and someone out there knows the singer far too well. According to a post on his Instagram, he was served up a brilliant birthday cake shaped like one of his favorite thingsā¦a giant bottle of booze.
The cake, commissioned by Smithworks Vodka, whom Shelton is a partner with, looked exactly like a (really big) liquor bottle, butāthankfully for Sheltonās liverāwas filled with pastry rather than alcohol. Shelton gamely showed off the creation and even took a big olā bite off the top of the ābottleā for the camera. Yum!
Given the size of the cake, there certainly was plenty to go around for whomever was in the crowd. No word on whether vodka shots were served alongside!
Shelton appears to be having quite the time for his birthday this year. The festivities started over the weekend when he spent Fatherās Day with girlfriend Gwen Stefani, her three kids and extended family, barbecuing, listening to music and swimming. Then, when the actual day arrived, Stefani took Shelton up in a helicopter to show off her gift to him: An American flag flying high on a new flagpole on his Oklahoma property.

It's the ex š§š»āāļø trying to make his mistress and now several girlfriends look like the woman he treated like dirt for 20 years. š¤Ø Disturbing and scary that the boys can or will see it.
Think itās just so telling that every random encounter Blake and Gwen have with people separately or together ends up with them being praised as kind and gracious. While MLās encounters are described as mean and rude over and over. Nobodyās interested in Gavin. I know weāve discussed this before but we keep getting reminded of it. Itās nice to stan good people.
I mean, I feel safe in saying that we know Blake and Gwen are good and kind people. They have their flaws like all of us, but they have enormous hearts and happy dispositions. They enjoy helping people.
I think we can safely say they GR and ML spend a lot of time acting like they are like what B&G naturally are. And the rest of their time simmering, raging, and plotting.
At least, I feel safe in that assessment.
