watching films of any quality, would be surprised by the spec-effects and would observe the gradual evolution of cinema (he decided out of boredom to spend his free time watching all existing horror movies in one gulp, starting with the very first and ending with modern ones, because why not? besides, he is immortal, theres no concept of time for him)
to begin with, he would carefully checking his schedule so as not to disrupt the daily routine due to watching a movie (in my headcanon yoshikage has ocd), and then prepare space and food so that everything was "peaceful and calm." he watches horrors with a focus on detective stories in order to possibly learn something new for himself
is easily scared off by screamers. sincerely sad when animals or children suffer in the frame. if scene is too frightening, doppio will close his eyes or turn away. he will ask questions about the motivation of the characters (why did they go there? why are they doing this?)
tries not to show that anything scares him, like he's not impressionable anymore, but sometimes he was really scared. maybe he'll die of fright a couple of times. and after movie, for at least two more weeks diavolo will look around, be afraid of every rustle in the dark, skip from the toilet to bed at night, and close windows with curtains (in my headcanon he has paranoid schizophrenia)
i don't think he's really interested in watching anything on tv. but out of politeness, he will still sit in living room with others, doing something of his own and occasionally glancing at the screen. he doesn't miss much, even if he's looking at fuck off. if he's interested in the dialogues, he will join the viewing. pucci also doesn't mind watching something with dio and discussing it with him.
perhaps he will think that everything that is happening is real (like a documentary, news or something) until someone explains the opposite to him. if valentine is asked to turn up the volume or rewind, he will look at the board with sincere incomprehension (if by that time he has not been taught how to use it, or if valentine himself does not guess)
he will watch absolutely any movie just to kill time, although he still prefers the good old classics (even if he has already watched them 10 times). tooru pays special attention to the music in movie, and if he likes the soundtrack, he will find it at any cost to listen to during night walks for atmospheric
