Actually two days of training the new hire for 8+ hrs on top of whatever my job is throwing at me each shift is much more draining than expected. I'm having to regulate my tone and not lose my patience a lot and like. I'm sorry if occasionally that impatience comes through but please also appreciate the effort I'm putting into teaching you this at a pace you are comfortable with while also being really uncomfortable with having to delay my tasks so much. Yes I'm strict, but I'm also trying to make this as pleasant an experience as I can without losing my mind lol

#never have I had to work through mails so slowly and it's stressing me OUT #also I do not like being told to slow down At All for situations where I do feel it needs to be handled at a faster pace #especially when it comes to response time #like yes you need to learn how to do these things but I do not agree that certain tasks can take that much time
