EVALUATION

Another year done! That went fast...

With my FMP it didn’t start off well. I knew what I wanted to accomplish but i had no idea really what to do. So I was procrastinating a lot, I think 1 month went out off the window in total. Which is shame because it’s lot of time wasted.

In the end I am proud of my final piece. I got to show off my Motion Design skills as well Cinematography. So it came together nicely. I did something that I thought I couldn’t do with this amount of time, but I did. Huge thanks to Eve, Vojta, Adam and Katherine for helping me. And of course Caedon who found time to film with me despite he had he’s own deadline!

I’m very excited for next year to accomplish even bigger and better things!

Thanks to my great lecturers as well!

Shooting with Caedon today. Got some really nice shots. Now i need to do UI’s and finish 3D elements and record voiceover.

Had a cool shoot in 3D printing lab today. Got some really nice shots for my FMP. Things are getting better.

Good reference UI for mine. I want mine to look similar, showing the body and playing around with shaders to manipulate it.

Me and Adam went to this park today to film some Broll for my FMP. Used Movi for the first time to film timelapse with c300. Came out quite good, not as good when you would take raw still images tho. Quick edit.

LAB

Went to uni today and had a chat with people in charge of 3D printing lab. They were kind and nice and i’m able to film there next monday. Need to finish my script asap, design and animate UI’s for monday. I’m not going to do tracking if i don’t need it! I will do on-set playback for UI’s.

Here’s my initial script for FMP. But i’m going to polish it now and change few things.

Another test, using some shaders to make it more random and techy.
