Totally not thinking about giving the reader a time skip of maybe around 40 or 50 years to just spend with her friends and get to know and understand herself as well as heal from the trauma wirh Azriel before getting back with Eris
cause as I’m thinking about this I’m realizing I unintentionally made the readers entire life about Eris
she was his childhood friend turned lover and with that she uprooted her entire life and her whole “purpose” of being a women in the Autumn Court, this no doubt made people look at her as less than the other women when she chose to not marry and no doubt made her the short end of the stick of jokes and the target of bullying from other women, cause if there’s one thing we know from medieval history is that a lot of women were bitter (I don’t blame them tbh, if I was married to a 40 year old man at 14 I would too tf)
then even after her breakup with Eris she immediately was forced to be with Azriel, her entire life as been based around a man.
Typing this out makes me wanna do this even more cause she really deserves some sort of freedom to know herself and live her best life with her friends before jumping back into her relationship with Eris
also little relationship spoiler too I’m def gonna make Blythe fall in love with one of readers Night Court friends cause THEY WILL COME BACK
