Gabriel: Gabriel works as a baker making bread and cakes alongside his friend Frittelle. He is very friendly and confident.
Frittelle: He is a short-tempered person who gets irritated very easily and has quick fits of rage. He prefers to spend most of his time alone or with his best friend or his pet Snick.
Snick: Snick is the mascot of Gustavo's bakery and Frittelle's pet. He usually likes to spend his time playing video games and sleeping.
Sheriffman: Sheriffman is an Apple Turnovers. One of his arms was lost, but he can use his stuffing to create a new one or other things like weapons. He is a very confident and sometimes arrogant person, but he always tries to do everything for justice.
L'Artiste: L'Artiste is a cranberry brie and a budding French artist who hasn't yet achieved stardom but works hard to succeed. He can get quite grumpy and tired at times.
Yo Hazel: Hazel Hazel: This is the official mascot of Domino's Pizza. She replaced her father, Yo Noid, after his retirement. Hazel has a very assertive and lively personality.
Thomas: Thomas is a simple bartender trying to make his coffee shop a success. He's quite cynical at times and can be quite stingy. He and Hazel are best friends (Hazel has a crush on him).
Pie Slice: He's a budding inventor but has difficulty creating new things. Sometimes he arrives at Peppino's bakery with some contraption trying to sell it, but most of the time it ends up exploding.
G.2.0: He's a robot similar to Gabriel, created by Pie Slice and sold to Mr. Stingy. He's usually used to collect taxes from Gabriel in a passive-aggressive way.
Mr. Stingy: Mr. Stingy is a miserly banker who is always collecting taxes from Gustavo, trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of him. He has a snobbish personality. selfish and greedy, only caring about money but more characters in the future
