I am so sorry for how long this took. Hopefully, I made up for it a little by making a second picture. I hope this is to your liking. 

I decided to make the background transparent and I kept the coloring the same as from the videos so that it will be easier for you to do whatever you want with it, if you so choose.

Patton was the first side to have ever ‘formed’ into existence.

He didn’t know he was Patton at the time. He wouldn’t be Patton until Thomas turned twelve.

In the beginning, he only knew himself as Something. Because, at the time, he didn’t know himself as anything else.

He was the one born with Thomas and grew up with him as well. However, he was technically a year older than Thomas due to his conception occurring within the womb. That was one reason why, by the time Thomas was born, he was more refined in being able to understand the world better than Thomas himself.

This is where the story starts. 

Genesis

An AU that explores the question: Rather than being facets of his personality, what if the Sides were manifestations of Thomas’ evolution as a person, coinciding with his physical development? This is the abridgment of that world, following from birth through several milestones--until the four sides finally come together as a family.

Logicality is opposites attract.

It’s familiarity reaching the heights of bickering between an old married couple.

It’s 

filling the spaces 

in each other’s weaknesses

with 

their strengths like 

hands slotting together 

in between fingers 

It’s the heart shouldering the emotions that overwhelm the mind and logic anchoring the heart so it doesn’t beat out of the chest.

It’s often times not sharing the other’s views and working hard to still make things work.

Because no matter the turbulence they hit along the way, growing healthily, happily, and old together is the vow they plan to keep.

Logince is finding common ground to stand on.

It’s creating a bridge all their own that reaches across the crevice separating each other.

It’s 

singing duets that 

leaves everyone floored 

and 

tentative smiles that 

speak of the future 

they plan to share.

It’s logic giving wings to a dream that wants to fly and passion bringing light to a plan of possibilities lost to time.

It’s learning to appreciate each other with new eyes then learning to love the change of scenery.

Because when the potential of two independent minds filled with powerful ideas come together, great things can be accomplished.

Prinxiety is enemies to lovers.

It’s realizing that they are not so different from each other after all and gradually learning to appreciate that.

It’s 

offerings of open hands 

held out towards each other 

and 

giving the gift 

of awed stares 

over the other’s existence.

It’s a knight standing by his unconditional deal to be more honorable and a fight-or-flight response that chooses the third option to forgive.

It’s going the distance to heal the hurt inflicted upon one another and striving to avoid reopening wounds.

Because giving a different angle to the same view is how individuals come together to better themselves and the world around them.
