love your stuff! did you go to college to learn how to animate or did you learn on your own?. if i may ask.

So this one's a little tricky- I went to college originally to study game design, but I very quickly discovered I wanted to focus in animation! HOWEVER I was very upset to find out that there wasn't a single 2d animation class at all ;o; (hell there weren't even super necessary art courses like character design or environment art)

So long story short, I decided to be extremely stubborn and learn 2d sprite animation through a lot of trial and error! I ended up becoming, like, the only 2d anim specialized person in my final classes to my knowledge. So to be super honest I don't think it was worth it!! But if someone were to go to a more animation oriented school, they might have a much better time O:
