MakeItHappenMondays
It's Monday, and you know what that means. It's time to go to work. Not just doing the work that your job requires but working on yourself. I can completely understand that we all get the case of the Mondays, but we work on changing our mindset to see Monday (and any other day) to start fresh from the previous week of skipping the gym, eat whatever you wanted throughout the week, maybe overspending, etc. Most of us get caught up in the day to day activities where we forget to do something that we want to do so why not start today. Whether it's taking one hour to two hours (let's be realistic, one hour is doable) out of the day to catch up on some reading, going to the gym, calling up a friend, starting a personal project that you've been meaning to start, budgeting spending habits or just simply taking a nap. There are small things that we can do daily that will compound after a period of time and essentially make us less stressed and productive at the end of the day.
