Gilbert was surprised to see so many at once. "Ah...hello," he greeted, not sure what prompted any of these people to come along.

At first confused by the appearance of the other, Gilbert narrowed his eyes. "Who are you?" Was this some kind of trick or illusion?

"Vanessa..!" Gilbert hadn't expected to see his adoptive sister and, despite other things being more important, had always wanted to be accepted among at least some of the siblings. This was not likely a reaction which would result in that. "I, uh...h-how are you?"

“Don’t get pissed Raven.”
“And why not?”
“It shows that you have a short temper.”
"...Let's just get your meat."
She put her hands down hanging them limply by her sides, quite surprised at Gilbert’s boldness. She smirked into the kiss pushing back at him with such a force that it pushed him back slightly.
He stumbled backward slightly, almost grabbing onto her to steady himself. He managed to catch his balance, however, hands just inches from her shoulders. He hesitantly parted his lips just slightly, wondering what kind of reaction that would result in.
Her eyes snapped open in confusion before she took the lead in deepening the kiss further. Her heart rate sped up slightly as she ran the tip of her tongue just along the insides of mouth, he tasted strongly of cigarettes and black coffee whereas, last time she had kissed him they had both been intoxicated.
He hadn't expected the reaction as he should have. To him, the rather small step he had taken had seemed more like a leap. But he wasn't dealing with someone who had his limited level of experience. So it was his turn, again, to be surprised, but quickly had to go back to concentrating on keeping his hands at his sides. With lingering hesitance, his tongue met hers, taking things yet another small step deeper.

This woman was familiar. He had taken her to be the stupid rabbit at first, but then he realized it was only a similarity. Alice wasn’t a child of misfortune, after all.
“Hello…”
Lacie surveyed him, taking in his dark hair and golden eyes; she’s never seen this man before, but what concerned her most was why he was there.
“Ah, hello to you as well, sir…”
She cleared her throat. “My name is Lacie Baskerville; it’s a pleasure to meet you. May I ask how you came to the Abyss?”
Gilbert was more surprised to find himself here than she was to see him here. It had taken a moment to fully hit him, but when it did, his eyes went wide.
“The…Abyss?” was all he could manage, forgetting entirely to properly introduce himself.
Lacie nodded hesitantly, feeling as if she were better off not saying anything at all. He had the right to know where he was, anyways, but the Abyss, of all places, was incredibly dangerous.
“Y-yes, the Abyss,” she stuttered a little.
She cleared her throat. “Uhm, before I can help you out and plan an escape, may I ask your name?”
"How did I...?" he trailed off. It was strange that he could have ended up here without knowing.
Her question brought his attention back, however. Focusing on an escape would be good. But he did owe her an introduction; he had almost entirely forgotten. "Gilbert," he answered with a slight bow of the head.
Alice sighed and asked- “Does it have to involve…eh what did he call it again?” Alice scratched her head and thought for a moment. “Does it involve sex?”
"W-what would make you ask that? Do you even know what...?"
He stopped short of asking his second question, not sure how he'd landed in this situation.

"And why not?"
Let me guess you kissed Sharon and Break kicked your ass.
“Th-that’s not it at all!”
Fine, then tell me.
“I shouldn’t have brought it up…”
Fine.
Now can you tell me hormones are?
"I told you: I'm not the best person to answer this."
“With downcast eyes… There’s more to living than being alive.”

The meat is this way Seaweed Head. Come on.
He scoffed slightly before following her. She was headed in the right direction, after all, so it would be uselessly defiant to do anything but go in the direction she was headed. “I’m coming!”
Hurry! I’m starving!
"We're getting there."
There was irritation in his voice, but he picked up his pace noticeably.

That includes this one, but this muse can be difficult to rouse. I'm going to blame the mental trauma in recent chapters, but that's that. I'll still try to get him to respond to things, though.
