Remember to unclench your whole trapezius muscle.
Ah, and your jaw ofc.
A picture out of a 2000s Nintendo game. The nostalgic Tramp Stamps are something.
No girl, you can't "fix him"
You're not Bilbo Baggins.

No girl, you can’t “fix him”
You’re not Samwise Gamgee.

-9th of August-
Today I went to my local botanical garden and got the chance to capture many gorgeous flowers. Including this cat 😁

not once in the Qur'ān does it say worry about it, stress over it, or figure it out. but over and over it tells us to put our trust in Allāh.ﷻ
Ja'far bin Muhammad, said: "Whoever honors you, honor him, and whoever disrespects you, honor yourself by being away from him." [Rawdah al 'Uqala, trans: Umar Quinn]
Making your duas before sleeping every night, asking Allah to clear your mind of any doubts & telling Him you trust His decisions for your future makes such a difference to your day the next morning

Why can people be so wicked? We all were born here, played, cried, bled and suffered in some way growing up.
Now as adults we’ve become bitter and the very same evil in the world we want to protect our own loved ones from.
Palestinians and Jews are suffering, so are the people of Congo and countless others we don’t about because it isn’t front page news.
It doesn’t take much to be kind, to walk away from a problem, to find a solution, to compromise or just to fucking talk.
Everyday I wake up and wonder when will people realize that we’re all one and we all depend on each other in some way, shape or form.
Hurt people hurt people yes, but how can you hurt so many and still be able to sleep? To eat? To look at everyone else around you and not feel tremendous guilt at the fact that because of you, this child may be orphaned or never even live to see their dreams realized? That because of you, this parent may never hold their child again? Never see them achieve all the dreams they’ve spoken about and worked so hard for? That because of you, entire blood lines could be wiped out in mere milliseconds?
We learnt about all the evils done in times past in school, yet here we are doing the same fucking things they did but in the name of ‘justice’. And creating more hurt people.
Race, colour, creed, religion, nationality, ideology, ignorance and whatever else aside, innocent people are dying for no good reason, people oceans away who just want to know if their families and friends are alive are also in the same boat, genocide, denial of freedom, racism, sexism, classism and countless violations upon violations of basic human rights are happening in broad daylight before our eyes. And if people are being violated so easily, I wouldn’t even want to think about the animals.
I can’t even fully express what I want to say in words.
If anyone has any links on how we can actually help those in need, please feel free to put them in comments (if this post even gets out there).
At this point, sometimes I wonder when I’ll wake up and be a child again, because the world was so beautiful to me then in my young naivety.

Israel just murdered another journalist's, Muhamoud Abu-Hasira's, whole family including his wife and children as punishment for showing what they're doing
The total number of journalists targeted and murdered is approaching 40 at this time (11/5/2023). If you count the total number of journalists or their families that have been murdered it's approaching 100. Multiple journalists have had their whole families wiped out and are still reporting and working to expose the genocide.
Keep talking, keep posting their work. They've been forced to sacrifice everything for every scrap of information hat makes it out of Palestine
