Day 10
I managed today really well. No food, not even cravings. Weight: 66,7 kg
Day 8 and 9
I didn't ate anything on both days. I fallen asleep yesterday before updating here. I was just so tired after work. I have a raging headache so today's update is short.
Day 7
I feel like a pig, I ate a full meal. No, I'm a pig. My weight went up again. It went to 69kg. But thankfully am going back to place I stay at and won't be leaving for a long time. So I can starve completely again.
Edit: it's back to 68 kg.
Day 6
There was a celebration of a family members birthday so I had to eat one full meal today. I feel so guilty but atleast my weight stayed the same as yesterday. I still feel like a failure. And I will be forced to eat one meal tomorrow too as I'm at mom's place. But after tomorrow I will go back to eating nothing.
Day 5
I managed today well, there was no food not even the black coffee. I weighed today and got to 68 kg.
Day 4
Today was even easier than yesterday. Even tho my feed on insta is full of recipes, am not craving them. I'm getting used to the emptiness in my stomach. My hands and legs weren't hurting today, and I even had more energy than yesterday. But I did drank black coffee because I needed to focus on work. I can't make mistakes there.
Day 3
Today was easier than yesterday. When I was hungry in the morning I would sip on black coffee or water. Around lunch it got better. What I noticed is that I feel weaker, mainly my hands and legs. Sometimes I got dizzy and I wasn't seeing things clearly. My mind was working slower, and I was a bit confused. I'm glad I managed to control myself.
Day 2
Today was really difficult. My colleagues at work were talking about food all shift. And when I was at home scrolling my insta was full of recipes. I catched myself almost ordering something to eat but I managed to control myself.
The first day of ⭐️ving was easy. I'm curious how long I can go without food.
