What is your MOQ per style and type of Bong: normally we take 50 pcs per SKU .but if article is above 15 usd then we can reduce to 25pcs.but if we have stock of any article then we can even do 1 pcs.so if you are looking for sample order then better go with our stock, as we carry most of our article in stock.(only problem is that lesser quantity will increase freight charge ) 2. What is your MOQ and rules with custom designs (and are there additional costs?) : Customs designs are ok with us. We take 100pcs order of custom designs. If you have more than 10 designs then we can work with lesser quantity. And no additional cost if it’s in glass (for metal and ceramic we charge extra according to mould){( complete order amount should be 2000k usd.(but as it is our start with you son you can make any amount order. Shipping charges are extra)} 3. What is the freight time: transport time and freight charge depend on the mode of transport you choose. Air cargo usually takes 7-8 days (but because of covid prices for air cargo freight are on the higher side) , second way is courier services and it usually takes 3-5 days.it is expensive mode but good for small shipment below 50 kg.it usually takes 3-4 days. and then the third one is sea cargo.it is the cheapest way usually cost around 2000-2500usd for a complete 20 ft container and takes 30-40 days. Then another way is post parcels (for post parcels we don't give time and delivery assurance) 4. How are payments arranged? : payments are bank to bank transfer in all the above cases(except post parcels for which you need to send payment via western union or money gram).
