These Banana Crepes are a delightful treat for breakfast or dessert. The combination of sweet, ripe bananas and rich Nutella inside a tender crepe makes for a heavenly indulgence.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 2 ripe bananas, sliced. 1/4 cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread. Powdered sugar for dusting. Whipped cream optional. Sliced strawberries optional.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Mix well. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until you have a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil. Pour a ladleful of crepe batter into the skillet, swirling it around to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to lift. Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding a little more butter or oil to the skillet as needed. Spread Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread on one half of each crepe. Place banana slices on top of the spread side and fold the crepe in half to cover the bananas. Dust the banana crepes with powdered sugar and serve warm. Optional: Top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries for extra indulgence. Enjoy your delicious Banana Crepes!
