Random sleep deprived thought/theory, this may have already been stated before by someone else and I just haven't heard but

Wild Life series. What if it's like a Truman Show type of thing and the world boarder is just a one-way window for the Watchers to observe the players?

Imagine the Watchers staring back at Scott and the Gs + their creaky neighbour BigB when they find that Nether portal just out of the border (Scott's ep1, 22:40)... They're staring at each other and have NO idea.

Thinking about moth Pearl and her fixation on Gem through the Life Series. This has probably been pointed out before but dare I say...

Gem is Pearl's flame.

...

Fanfic idea... Gempearl set in Life Series and the whole prompt is "Like a moth to a flame". Gem and Pearl 1v1 in the finale or something similar, Gem sets a trap that uses herself as bait and knows that she could win, if she can just outlive Pearl by a few seconds, milliseconds even. She knows Pearl. She knows she'll fall for it, just like a moth drifts to its light.
