“You wouldn’t really understand...” Rayna sighed fiddling with her glass.

Rayna looked at her twin with a sigh, “It helps with cravings.” She explained looking at the glass.

After talking with Lydia, he quickly went home to pack a few things. Just some clean clothes and pillow. He was hoping that nobody would catch him. Ethan froze once he heard Rae’s question. Turning around, he averted his eyes away from her. “I’m going to stay at Derek and Lydia’s for a while.” He muttered.
“W–What why?” Rae questioned nervously. “I mean did something happen?” Rae didn’t know why her brother would even want to leave. He usually kept to himself, but this was a bit out of place.

Rae peeked into Ethan’s room, she hadn’t seen him in awhile and just wanted to make sure he was alright. “Hey Et----.” Her voice trailed off when she noticed his clothes being packed and his sheet’s all folded up nice and clean. “Ethan what are you doing?”

“I’ve did that spell like ten times and it didn’t work. Out magic did it” He smiled at her anyway. “Not to sure about that, he liked the dark objects. “
“Take the win.” She assured him, “Yeah but this shows you are growing stronger, your Dad likes powers.”

“You are definitely your mother’s daughter,” Lydia said with a smile, beaming with pride as she realized how grown up Rae had really become. “I know. And, I am always hear for you, too. Please don’t forget that.” She promised.
“I think that is a compliment.” She chuckled playfully, “My parents raised me right, most of the time and I had you guys to help guide me.” She added. When Lydia assured her she’d always be there for her, she nodded.

“That’s cool! I can help you move if you want.”

“We stopped hanging out when I was still young...” Rae explained. “Because of my powers..”

The room seemed to fall to a still, the only thing moving were the words that slowly filled the room as they chanted together. It has hard to know what was happening at first but then you could feel it. A very old spell was breaking and falling apart as it was replaced with a new one. He smiled as they chanted it one last time. “It worked, It actually worked.”
When he broke apart she couldn’t help but smile “See! Your magic worked.” She beamed. Rae knew Leialoha could use this confidence boost. “I bet your Dad will be proud of it.”
