I admit I don't like this comparison, but Greyjoys are the ones who value freedom and exploration the most among the main houses and our Indiana Jones lives for that.

I really don't understand when people talk about Lestat and Armand hating each other when they both have listed each other's name as one of the people they love the most... You can say it's a mix of both, specially at the beginning, but to talk like they don't have a place on each other's heart is INSANE. Just read one or two TVC books and you see that's not the truth, like, AT ALL.

I love the Vampire Chronicles books but one thing I’ll never forgive Anne Rice for is having Daniel go be with MARIUS when he and Armand were broken up. Like I get that Devil’s Minion is supposed to be tragic. They both fundamentally misunderstand the other and think they’ll no longer be loved once Daniel is turned. But having him be with Marius?? MARIUS? Who groomed and abused Armand? Let Armand believe he was dead and mourn him for hundreds of years? Went around telling people Armand was his greatest mistake? You’re telling me the only person who has ever loved Armand for who he actually is (THE Daniel Molloy) goes to MARIUS?
