hello !
so, i’ve been on hiatus for a while. recently, i’ve been missing writing, so i’m going to try to move to low activity ! i’ve downsized things a lot, and i’m going to do things very slowly.
i have redone my muse list, and it’s a lot smaller now ( muse list is now located in my new pinned post, as are my updated rules ( no big changes, just rewriting ) ) . my blogs ( aside from this one ) that are also going to be active are listed in my new pinned. ( you’re welcome to follow whichever you want to ! i don’t mind crossovers ! i just want to have fun ! )
i’m going to be starting fresh with threads, too, for the most part ( the exceptions being some threads that i’m probably going to post replies to soon ) . unprompted things are welcome, and i’ll reblog some p.rompts soon.
my activity is going to be very slow, and my replies may not be as long as they have been before — but i’d like to do at least a little writing ! i’m going to just have fun, and try to not stress myself out with anything.

the sight of blood staining his hand causes jamie to freeze and his features to twist with a mix of fear and anger. anger that this kid keeps hiding things from him - how hypocritical that is, though, huh...

he reaches forward, taking him gently by the arm and attempting to guide him to sit down on the asphalt below. it isn't much, but anything's better than this stubborn kid staying standing.
"i told you to let me handle it. just…" his eyes dart about, trying to figure out where the blood's coming from, his voice firm. "where are you hurt? let me help you."
His palm feels numb as he removes it from pressing against his shirt. Time slows — he barely feels Jamie’s hands against his arms, then is rudely awakened by the feeling of sitting down against harsh ground. Though his ears ring, he shakes his head, trying to clear his thoughts enough to at least hear.
“ I— uh… ” he weakly manages, vision swimming. Shutting his eyes tightly is the only method he can manage to keep his attention together for long enough to speak a sentence. There isn’t enough energy to spare to argue. “ … I.. I don’ know… Felt like it bit, hard — it- it stings… ”
