PayPal Issue Resolved

The PayPal issue has been resolved.  They stopped payments due to the new laws being put in place with fraud.  We have since passed their initial tests to move forward and accept payments again.

New Changes Coming

This week marked the new release and more changes.

We rolled out several new updates.  The biggest ones allow your league to start collecting donations online.  Just by someone finding you on Google or any other search engine.  To see what it looks like, head on over to

There is now another money icon on each of the pages.  Now anyone can donate to you at anytime they wish.

Getting ready for Mobile Push Notifications, we had to add integrations first. So now under each of your profiles is a new link called integrations.  If your mobile device is registered with us, you will see it listed there.  This helps us send your mobile device's notifications when something new happens on the app.

There were several other updates and bug fixes, but these were the big ones.

Next release we are doing some speed improvements.  We noticed some extra long loading pages and we want to fix that right away!  Over the next month, you should notice some speed updates.

Server Upgrade

We are prepping for another server update.  Old technology is holding us back.  You might have noticed a slowdown.  Its because we just got a bunch more customers on board.  Because of that, we need to do some hardware maintenance.  For those that see the slow down occurring, its because of some outdated hardware.

Tasks, Parent Accounts, Urls and

Another set of updates for the next month!

We are happy to introduce a couple new features along with upgrades of our other features.

We upgraded our Tasks, to accept more and have more detail for each task.  We setup Parent Accounts as well.  Now, we can have children and parents within their accounts and the parent can now manage the child effectively and easily.  Get access to the parent relation information under the members tab and once a parent is set, they will see the child in the account menu. Polling and URLs got updates too.

This months worth of updates mostly include style changes and bug fixes.  As you can see the lower parts of the site got updated style wise.  We need to make all things a bit cleaner.  So we used more whites, less in depth borders for the update.  As you can also see, all the actionable buttons have been moved to the top to make way for mobile screens and how people interact with the site in a mobile way.  The list of updates are below.

49 Updates Released

This weekend we released 49 updates.  Mostly cosmetic changes as we needed to make the site more streamlined.  Mobile played a big factor in this, making it easier to use on mobile devices.  We hope it makes the site a bit easier to manage.  The updates are below, but some of the highlights included

Growing Pains 3/22/2017

Today we experienced a big outage to our backend site.  This one was specifically tied to the database and our recent DNS changes.  The database was have locks placed on it that were causing race condition issues.  The locks were specifically caused by the amount we have grown over these past few months in terms of leagues signing up. Along with that, we also use a fast cookieless domain to host some pieces of the site.  That domain went down during the DNS updates.  It didn’t get converted like the other website domains did, so 1/5 of our files were loading properly when launching the site for you.  That means, parts of the pages didn’t entirely load or it seemed like it might have lagged out a bit and took forever to load.  Put these two problems together and we had a real issue.  Both have since been resolved and we are working to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Server Migration

We will be completing a server migration tonight at midnight.  We are physically moving locations to a new location and will will be down for an hour.

Maintenance and Upgrades, This Saturday

Server Maintenance and site upgrades are coming this weekend.  The maintenance update is important.

The servers will be going through IP address changes this Saturday evening at midnight.  The servers will be going down for around 2 hours, while we update our IPs and SSL certificates to make way for IP changes.

We are experiencing some server issues.  It has been down for almost an hour now due to our service provider.

We are working with our service provider to get it back up and running.

July 2016 Updates

We are very happy to release the next set of updates.  This month comes 26 new updates.  There were a couple bug fixes, but also big hitters.

Closed Polls -  We moved Closed polls to another page entirely.  We know polls are a big piece of organization, so we felt it best to not clutter the active polls.

First and Last Names - We realized as the world it self is moving away from nick names, we decided to embrace first and last names as the standard instead of the nickname/derbyname.

Cloning Polls - Getting tired of recreating the same polls over and over?  You can now clone the poll instead of recreating it.

Commissions - Each member has the ability to raise funds for their organization, so why not keep track of it? We upgraded the commissions to help you keep track of them.

Sponsorships - This is the big one.  As your organization grows and requires more money, you start offering sponsorships.  For each new sponsorship comes with releasing what the sponsorship is, but also having the sponsor make a payment.  Your sponsors and donators can now pay your organization directly through the site.  After adding a new sponsorship, you can make it visible to the public.  Once visible, it can be purchased and sent directly to your organization via Paypal and your bank account.
