“BLACK PEOPLE  and this Brown Sugar movie, I swear… you niggas are worse than Debra Lee.” Sky joked once she stepped outside to the rooftop venue, looking around for where the concessions were located and quickly walking over to pick the snacks she would indulge in during the movie.

“Uh oh, sorry ancestors!” Returning Ayla’s smile, Sky laughed and shrugged her shoulders sheepishly before squinting her eyes as she scanned over the display glass containing the numerous candy boxes, her eyes brightening once she came across the box of watermelon Sour Patch Kids and she pointed to them. “Those babies are definitely coming with me, but I’ll probably get a bunch of other junk too. Are you getting anything too?”

             Brown Sugar is pretty good but after awhile, it get’s pretty boring. I love the ending, though. You want some skittles?

“It does, pretty soon it’s gonna be up there with Love and Basketball.” Laughing softly, Sky turned to the female before nodding. “Sure, thanks for sharing mamas. Which kind are they, the regular kind?”

“I’ve seen Brown Sugar enough for the both of us, so I’m falling asleep for sure within the first 30 minutes. A drink definitely sounds bomb though, this wouldn’t be a real movie night without some liquor!”

Glancing down at the Maps application on her cellphone, Sky nibbled gently on her bottom lip when the screen notified her that she arrived at her destination - a small but upscale restaurant uptown. She had already alerted Lux of her close proximity, using her index finger to click the lock of her iPhone as she stepped inside. Once being directed towards the table where the female was sitting, Sky waved and flashed an anxious but excited smile as she finally spoke. “Good eveninggggg.” @vcntras

natalia moved through the sea of people, stopping when she finds one of her closest friends and she bumps her with her hip before surveying her outfit with a playfully shocked expression. “alright, but sky. where is your clothes?” natalia asked as she stood behind her friend in the crowd and laughing. “you out here showing all my goodies off, i’m appalled.” she teased as she slid the blunt from behind her ear and placed it between her lips. going in her pocket for the yellow bic lighter she kept.

Pulling her attention from the performance on stage, Sky turned to look over at Natalia and a bright smile spread across her lips before returning the female’s playful gesture. “Nat, now you know if I could walk around naked everyday I would. Clothes are overrated! You gonna have to file a complaint with Adam and Eve on that one. But these goodies are all yours, always.” Laughing heartily, Sky glanced towards the blunt placed between Nat’s lips and she nudged Nat with her elbow gently. “Um, you’re definitely going to have to let me hit that some time tonight though. A bitch been on edgeeeee.”
