England: I think I speak on behalf of us all when-
Scotland: He doesn’t.
Wales: No, he doesn’t.
Scotland: I just wish someone would ally with me against Eng-
France:
England, at the Treaty of Edinburgh-Northampton: I’ll recognise you as an independent country, and you can have your own King. I’m going to leave you alone now.
Scotland: Fucking finally. I mean, it’s about goddamn time. You won’t be missed.
England, literally five years later: On second thought, I take back what I said. I’m going to try and take over again, it’s what I deserve.
Scotland: WHaT do you MEAn?!
Scotland: When did I get here? How long have I been asleep?
Ireland: You got here like five minutes ago, you’ve been asleep for thirty-five seconds.
England: Things to say that will always start a fight.
Scotland: You guys wanna start a fight?
England: You’re not even listening to me.
Scotland: No, I heard you, you said a bunch of words.
England: Some said as many as 70-
England: Which, to be honest, is an absolutely insane amount of beer. No one can drink that much.
Scotland: Not with an attitude like that.
Scotland, on the 1st of November:
Scotland: England is going to try and have you killed.
Ireland: I can’t say that surprises me.
Scotland: No, he’s gonna sell us all down the river.
Ireland: Okay, should we kill him first?
Scotland: Look, I don’t want anyone to die but if somebody does then there’s no reason it shouldn’t be England.
Ireland: It should be England right? He’s had a great life.
As a Scot I am so fuckin blessed to have seen this page.
»»Thank you for your kinds words!
I hope to continue to bless you.««
I mean it's not offensive to England or anything but Scotland was deeply complicit with British empire especially Caribbean slave trade and it's offensive to gloss over that. And proposed the UK union after their south American colony failed and bankrupted them.
»»Okay, But I’ve never said Scotland hadn’t taken anything to do with that?
I have a suspicion this is because of that Mean Girls one that I posted, but that wasn’t just about Colonies it was countries that have had a complicated past with England.
Like it or not, Scotland and England have a complicated past. They were at war with one another every other year.
This isn’t a page that’s meant to be taken too entirely seriously, and I’m not ignoring Scotland’s own wrong-doings. I’m well aware the country has its own dark past.««
Scotland's not a colony of England. You do know that right?
»»Yes?
Have I at any point claimed Scotland WAS a colony of England? I don’t think that I have.
If I have, however, feel free to correct me on that.««
Canada: We need to split them up.
America: Good idea, how do you propose we do that?
Canada, speaking into a walkie-talkie: Hey Scotland, hey it’s Canada. Listen, how come England is the only one who gets to press the button on the walkie?
England and Scotland:
Scotland: Uhhh..
Scotland, into the walkie-talkie: Let me get back to you on that.
Orkney: When I grow up, I want to be just like you!
Scotland: Oh sweetheart, you’ll never be as bad a bitch as I am.
England: Does it matter who’s on top?
Wales: It really doesn’t.
Scotland: It really does.
