Fic Update + An Announcement.

Hey guys, so I'd like to apologize on the slow progress on all my fics. There does exist progress in the writing. Broken Heart Chapter 17 is still pretty early in but once I get motivation it would realistically only take me a few days. A Shadow's Friends is also a bit in a hole rn. But FULL CLARITY: NONE OF MY FICS ARE OR WILL BE CANCELLED (Except for Last Year's Metamy Week) I appreciate all of you who are sticking around and eagerly awaiting the next update. While there is less direct Metamy for Broken Heart on account of them being in different places, there is still some good food and even some surprise characters set for an appearance! Now for the announcement, I am partaking in Art Fight 2026! I'm not good at drawing by any means but figured It'd be a fun thing to do! Here's my card and at the bottom of this post I'll leave a link for my art fight! If you give me a follow I'd most likely follow back. How much I'll get done in Art Fight, who knows.

Now out of all my fics, Broken Heart is most certainly going to be updated next and ideally as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you have any questions about my fics, AUs, Art Fight, or just anything really, please feel free to ask! I'd love to talk!

Hey wow! I wasn't expecting something like this, what a real pick-me up! I'm so glad you liked my work! To Celebrate "A Broken Heart can Mend Another" hitting over 300 Kudos, I have commissioned an art piece for the story!

When Metal painted a depiction of Amy, he felt a nervousness as he wasn't sure whether she'd like it. Yet, the smile she gave him when she saw it. That unidentified made itself known once again.

Amy thought long and hard, closing her eyes as she drew the first thing that came to mind. As it turns out? Metal had gotten quite stuck in her mind, and she just couldn't seem to get him out.

My only question is how many chapters will the fic be/ how many chapters do u think there will be? I know the fics been out for almost a year and you've given us metamy shippers a whole books worth of a fic so don't feel pressured to rush it, you've fed us plenty, ur doing great! (＾＾)ｂ

Now, to actually answer your question, I do have a confirmed number! Or at least a very precise aim. Chapter 30 is aimed to be the thrilling conclusion to the story, with 3 Bonus Epilogue Chapters, and a Thank you Chapter, in total, that would be 34 Chapters! I'm very glad you enjoy Broken Heart, it's been a pleasure to give to the Metamy Community something that everyone's enjoyed!

A Whole Year Ago.

So, I know I tend to make these more rambley posts that absolutely no on reads, you're here for Metamy! (Or Monster Prom that's more niche), but I just gotta say, IT'S BEEN A WHOLE YEAR SINCE I JOINED TUMBLR! And truly I never thought I'd be posting here, I thought I'd be just a casual lurker and nothing more. BUT APPERENTLY I WAS WRONG!? I don't post often, but I have genuinely recieved asks, I've posted fanfics, I've done stuff on here!

So, all I wanna say is thanks to those who even glance at my blog and take some time to acknowledge my work. My fics aren't the best, but I'm glad they've reached so many people, thank you all once again!

TODAY, THE ONE BEHIND THE MADNESS WAS BORN!

So, what a year has it been, right? It was only in the past few years where I started reading fanfics, and now this year I started writing them. And I thought they would be fics that went unnoticed or uncared for. But I really owe it to both the Metamy Community and Monster Prom Community for being some of the kindest, welcoming people Ive ever met in the fanfic scene! Now there’s a lot of people Id love to thank on my birthday, but a lot of them are not on here, so Id like to thank the two that are.

Firstly, @slythepuffle is someone I owe a lot too. They have been a very close and best friend of mine for years now, and without them I wouldn’t have ever had the courage to actually go out there and write! So from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

And Secondly, @lm-tomatito is someone I had just met this year. I had been a major fan of their work and it was a big inspo for me, and the next thing you know they became a really nice friend to me! They also created the best fanart for my fic, and for that, thank you as well Lum!

So, now that I am one year older, what’s gonna happen? Well I’ll tell you! I’ll write more fics, make more Chapters of Broken Heart and A Shadow’s Friends! The Party NEVER stops, progress might be slow, but I guarantee you my fics WILL be finished! Thank you all, from the Metamy and Monster Prom Communities, for all your support!

Some Thoughts About My Metamy AUs

So, I'm a very, very NEW Fanfic Writer, and apperently, a bloody good one. As much as I wanna put myself in my place I can't deny, I apperently write at least decent quality work. So, I wanted to put some thoughts I had out here, since this is where my Fanfic Journey started.

A Broken Heart is easily one of my most anticipated works and the one I've put off the longest on continuing, being my first ever fanfic, I want it to be as good as can be. I know where it's going to end, and I have an idea of the middle, but I'm just nervous to execute. As a whole however, it's wild how well-recieved a Broken Heart is. Genuinely thank you all for the support, originally, it was inspired by Unfamiliar and Unspoken, but has grown and developed into it's own thing that people seem to really like, and for that, the support is greatly appreciated, and I assure that despite the numerous delays, I do aim to finish it, there's still at least 18 more chaps to go however, so bear with me!

When I wrote Late Blooming Rose, it was intended to just be a small thing I wrote in-between, a break that has admittedly gone on longer than I intended, but that fic got well-recieved as well, not to the extent of Broken Heart, that's for sure, but it's still garnered a lot of love. A lot of it was written late at night at my Grandma's and it's just mindboggling how much people like it. If it's desired, I might return to it in some form, I do occasionally make short stories on it, as seen with the challenge weeks.

And that leaves with my latest, currently in development AU, "One True Wish." An Organic Metal Sonic AU... boy, what can I say about it? It's not out yet so info's gonna be minimal, but I'm sort of aiming with the type of tone the IDW Comics take with their stories. Something a bit... darker than what you'd expect from Sonic. Then again, that's not to say all my fics have been lighthearted, but some of the ideas of my Organic Metal Sonic AU is a bit dark, hence Amy being the light.

Sorry for the ramble, I just felt like I needed to get these thoughts out here, if you guys have anything you want to say to me, or anything you'd like to ask about my AU, or perhaps just want to share anything with me like opinions, please feel free to do so! I enjoy engagement!
