Yesterday I did the Aaron Butler 5K. So cool to be a post of something so meaningful. This race supports veterans and helps bridge the gap between normal citizens and warfighters. On the course photos of fallen soldiers are displayed to honor them. I have a hard time with getting older and dealing with injuries but was able to put myself aside and enjoy the event.

Enjoying outside air on the Boise Greenbelt on Sunday. I say enjoying but it was smoky AF. however, did a decent run and enjoyed myself.

Houston Fine Arts museum was beautiful. Definitely too much to see in one day. A lot of the European works were donated by Audrey Jones Beck, including, I believe, this Monet.

Fell and badly sprained my ankle while having my best run in months the day before my sister's wedding. This means my real struggle is trying not to make her wedding about poor me

Best line today: I still have problems, I just arrive to them in style. So true. My problems today are truly first world issues.
