i am quitting vaping
so, i don't rly know why am i writing this right now.. i got scammed, i wanted to buy a vape cause i rly wanted to smoke, but i got scammed and basically just flushed my money down the toilet. and i am sad and angry both at myself, for being addicted and stupid, and at that scammer. but still i'm trying to keep the positive mindset, like maybe it's just a sign to quit.
well, i know why am i sharing this stuff here, cause i don't wanna tell this to any of my friends and i definitely can't share that with my family, but i rly need to share it somewhere and somehow cause i feel like i'm gonna cry.
Thiam, I am bringing you into 2026 with me, like it or not đ€đ«”đœ
Just a small detail I recently noticed: Theo is the only supernatural character in the show on whom you can actually see bruises and hematomas(?), which isnât surprising of course, considering heâs a chimera and his healing isnât as strong as a werewolfâs. But still, this detail kind of melted my heart? The headcanons are already writing themselves, guyyyys
Something I love about a well-imagined, well-written, Theo/Scott post-murder dynamic (any dynamic. Romantic. Platonic. Grudging allies. Etc.) is that it has to grapple with the content (edited to add: and the motivations!) of Theoâs actions and canât fall back on Theo being excused by saying something like, âit was a mistake.â
He could say, âit was a mistake.â And mean, âI did something wrong.â
But he cannot say it and mean, âI didnât mean to.â âIt was a lapse in judgement.â Or any other variation on minimization.
Part of what makes what Theo did so wrong, is that he absolutely meant to. And he meant to over and over and over again over a long period of time. There were so many ways he could have killed Scott, without first separating him from his community and taking him apart mentally. And those ways would have been easier.
He killed Scott physically. But that wasnât enough. Not in a supernatural world where death isnât always the finality it seems, he needed to destroy who he was completely.
I used to think there was no way a relationship between two people could come back from that. Iâm still not sure it ever could. But what I love about the Theo/Scott dynamic is that it sets up that question: how could you rebuild a relationship when trust was so effectively weaponized and when empathy (one of Scottâs superpowers) was turned into a fatal weakness? And looking at that question from Theo and Scottâs very distinct viewpoints is fascinating.
i need someone to talk about this.
We have an idiom ćœąćœ±äžçŠ» (xing ying bu li) and it basically means âinseparable as body and shadowâ which also means âbe always togetherâ.
And when I see Theo right behind Liam, almost always, I think of Theo being Liamâs shadow. They are so poetically beautiful.
There isnât any other couples in the series as beautiful as this two, imo.
âthe most beautiful thing iâve ever read, 100% agree
first time posting anything, kinda nervous

Liam and Theo arenât friends, but you canât call them enemies anymore either, not after everything that happened. They donât know each other, donât know the past or the life of the other, but still, Liam is the only one Theo trusts, the only one he can call at night, the only one he can drag onto some random rooftop. Like now.
âSo, why did you call me?â the werewolf asked. At first glance he might seem angry. His brows were furrowed, his jaw clenched. But the chimera already knew, without analyzing the boyâs chemosignals, that it wasnât true. Liam isnât just an angry werewolf with IED. He doesnât even like being aggressive. It just so happened that the young betaâs body is prone to impulsivity.
And Theo doesnât see that as something bad. Chengel noted that anger is an emotion that activates certain ârewardâ systems in the brain, causes an adrenaline rush and lowers the stress hormone - cortisol.
Sometimes anger is necessary to motivate us to deal with injustice. Thatâs why Liam has been constantly frowning lately.
The school rooftop was empty and cold, but for some reason felt welcoming to Liam. Theo lay down right at the edge, as if the few meters down and something like gravity didnât scare him at all. Or maybe it really didnât scare him, this was Theo after all. Ten years with the Dread Doctors probably taught him not to fear simple things like crashing to death. Thatâs why the werewolf stepped closer, in case he really fell.
âYou dragged me out in the middle of the night, made me come to the school,â Liam muttered, standing beside him. âI hope youâre at least going to explain why.â
Theo smiled a little. Then he finally sat up on the concrete, pulling his knees to his chest. Liam hesitated but sat next to him.
âA person lives between what they cannot forget and what they cannot understand,â the boy finally answered.
Liam only rolled his eyes.
âOf course. You brought me here for a quote.â He was already about to stand up when he heard a quiet:
âI read it a long time ago,â Theo continued calmly.
The beta exhaled heavily and sat back down. âAlright, I didnât come for nothing,â he thought. âAnd Theo wouldnât call me to a rooftop at night without a good reason.â
âIt⊠sounds sad,â Dunbar said, giving his opinion.
âMaybe. But I think it sounds honest,â the chimera began. âMost people think they live for the future. But actuallyâŠâ he waved his hand lazily in the air, as if choosing words. âThey live stuck in their memories. In what they canât let go of. Or in what canât be explained.â
Liam looked at him closely, squinting a little.
âAre you drunk?â Liam decided to ask directly, and Theoâs question amused him so much that the boy started laughing. Real laughter, not fake. âTurns out Big Bad Chimeras can actually laugh,â was the first thought that crossed the werewolfâs mind.
âI wish.â Theo raised his head, looking at the stars, but even with supernatural vision they were hard to see in the city.
âAnd you? Where do you live?â the werewolf suddenly asked, unable to hold back.
Theo smirked, but without malice.
âMe? Between, I think.â
Liam stayed quiet, but his curiosity won.
âAnd what do you want to understand?â
âMyself,â Theo said so simply, as if it were something ordinary. âWhy I do what I do. Why I keep coming back to places where Iâm not welcome. WhyâŠâ he fell silent, then quietly added, âwhy I call you.â
Liam swallowed.
âBecauseâŠâ he hesitated, choosing words. âBecause you know Iâll come.â
Theo tilted his head, as if studying him.
âI know. And thatâs exactly why it scares me.â
They sat in silence for a couple of minutes. The wind was cold but not unpleasant. Liam wrapped his arms around his knees.
âAnd what about the first part?â he asked. âThe part about âwhat you canât forget.â Are you also⊠stuck in that?â
Theo nodded slightly.
âSome things sit too deep. They⊠shape you and hold you.â
Liam thought for a second.
âMaybe itâs not about the things you canât forget and want to understand. Maybe itâs just the desire to understand why you canât forget. You need to figure it out sooner, or else youâll be stuck in the past.â
Theo looked at him for a long moment.
âThatâs why I called you.â
Liam blinked. âWhat?â
âI heard about the fight in the classroom.â
âItâs not your business.â
âYou couldâve fought back.â
âYou know exactly why I couldnât.â
âBut still, why did you just stand there and let them beat you?â
âIâll repeat, it is not your business.â
Dunbar turned away sharply. Theo studied him, unbothered by the irritation.
âThey didnât just die, they were killed andâŠâ Liam began, but was interrupted.
âExactly. Monroe killed them,â Theo said calmly. âBrett and Lori died because some psychotic bitch decided to kill two kids, not because you couldnât save them.â
Now Liam did start to get angry. But Theo remained calm, which he proved with his next words:
âSometimes anger is necessary to motivate us to deal with injustice. But your target for that anger is wrong.â
âSo, you just want me to kill Monroe?â Liam snapped.
âI just want you to stop blaming yourself,â Theo answered honestly.
