Reasons Why My Son Is Not Crying

When my kids cry, I am busy comforting them or parenting them; not snapping pics to put on the web forever and ever.  All kids cry for random and bizarre reasons.  Parenting is grizzly.  Why can't we just document them being happy and not make fun of them...

Random throwback: This is him when he was almost three months old. Look at that face, I can't even. So adorable.  He was (and is) such a happy kid.

Another reason why my kid is not crying: First day of Kindergarten!  And he loves hanging out with his new little brother! :)

Because he caught his first fish today!

He loved fishing! And vacation!

Kota. The one whose father is in "Yourami." Licking peanut butter out of her orbee soccer ball. She is another reason why my son is not crying. :)

He is happy because I "let him drive" when we walk Kota.

He is happy because I let him wear this to go grocery shopping: fireman boots, a sweatshirt over his lands end tie-dye polo, his favorite tie, and (broken) bunny ears.  Pick your battles.
