Anna:

               Anna grinned widely.❝See. I told ya we were gonna get there!❞ She turned to look at her with a smile, dirtied face and all and hands to match.

“Let’s go,” Leia said, pointing at the light shining through the hole they’d made, “Before those Imperials catch up to us!”

Anna:

                  ❝We can do this. I PROMISE.❞ Anna flashed her a quick smile, trying to be as assuring as she possibly could. There was a lot here to dig away but they could do it, and pull away enough rubble to get themselves through.

The women dug for a while before Leia saw light shining through the space between the dirt and rocks.

“I see something!” she said. “Dig faster!”

Han:

“–nice. very helpful, your highness.”

sarcasm drips from his voice, though smirk remains on his lips as he fiddles with instruments along the dashboard.

“Seriously,” she said, leaning back in her seat, “Maybe don’t try to be so trigger-happy this time.”

Anna:

               ❝Now I know you know how to get your hands dirty. We’re gonna have to dig the rubble.❞ The debris that had been left behind was just the rocks that had been a wall before now destroyed and loosened enough for them to dig their way out of here. It wouldn’t take them long, and was better than being stuck in here deprived on oxygen.

Kneeling down, Leia began to dig away at the rocks and dirt. She didn’t mind getting dirty, but there was a lot of debris around to the point where she started becoming overwhelmed.

“There’s so much here,” she said. “How are we ever going to get it all out of the way by ourselves?”

Han:

coordinates are punched in, and in a matter of minutes they’re out of the hangar and in flight.

“so,” he begins, turning in his seat to momentarily glance at leia, “any diplomatic tips for when things start to get tense? i’ve got a feeling my first instinct ain’t gonna fly with these guys.”

his first instinct being to point and shoot, acting purely on reflex when threatened. 

“Do the opposite of your first instinct.”

                 ❝Fire in the hole!❞ It was the only warning Anna would give to the explosion that she had set off. In her defense, sometimes you had to fight destruction with destruction. If they were going to get past the debris that had packed up and prevented them from getting out of here, they needed to tear it down with a minor explosive. As soon as it was lit the smuggler was running and taking cover before more debris, hoping the blow back wasn’t so bad. Hands clasped over her ears as she waited for the sound, it being loud yet muffled as it went over. Rock flew everywhere, smaller bits landing in her hair, causing her to flinch.

Leia ran after Anna, her hands over her ears as she went as fast as her feet could carry her. Rocks and debris were everywhere. Surely, there could have been a better way to handle this...

“What do we do now?” the princess screamed over the sound of the explosion. “Where do we go?”

1. What makes you the most emotional about your muse?Probably thinking about how she’s lost so much. Her planet’s gone, her parents are gone, her son turned to the dark side and killed her husband/his father, and now her brother is missing. Yet she still manages to be tough and keep going.

2. What made you decide to write this muse?I’d recently gotten into Star Wars and I saw an RP group looking for more Star Wars characters. I’ve since left the group, but I started writing as Leia to get involved with them.

7. If you could “borrow” one aspect of your muse and apply it to yourself or your own life, what would you borrow?Her bravery.

10. What do you love about your muse?How strong and determined she is.

11. What do you hate about your muse?That she would rather fight in a war than she would stop one.
