I'm the worlds most inconsistent puppy doll robot thing, so I might update or delete this at any point.

So I'm European and I live in a flat, so we can't install actual AC, so here's a little tip to beat the heat:
Set up a fan (I have mine under a chair) so that it points at a wet t-shirt. Because physics, the evaporation will cool you down. If it's cooling less, make the t-shirt more wet. Temperature of the water should not matter.
