We’re still here, tumblr!

Hey, everyone! You may have noticed that Recess hasn’t posted on tumblr in a few months. Don’t worry, we’re still here! We’ve been busy here taking on new employees and passing off responsibilities so that we can continue to bring you great content and even greater service.

So...what’s new?

We’re partnering with Middle Ages Brewery here in Syracuse to offer “Summer Recess”-- a delicious coffee stout. It will be on tap available June 23rd at Middle Ages. Come and get a nice, cold glass!

We have also been working with local restaurants who feature Recess products to give back the community and thank our customers! See our Facebook and Instagram for more details, but with one simple hashtag, you could win free stuff! (Currently, our contest is with CoreLife Eatery. Winners will receive a pound of Recess coffee and a $50 CoreLife gift card. Ends this Friday, June 17th). Stay tuned for our upcoming contests.

Finally, we are offering public cupping classes in order to educate people on the science behind a good cup of coffee. Anyone can attend these classes-- no coffee experience required-- and attendees leave with free coffee! Classes are $40, please see our Facebook for all event details. Our next one is June 30th, 2016!

The votes are in... Our bagel flavor for April is Sun-dried Tomato Basil!

This tasty new bagel is made fresh in-house by our bakery team and will be available at both locations for the entire month of April. Be sure to stop in and give it a try!
