My husband is flying out of state tomorrow and I am so incredibly anxious. I get the WORST separation anxiety from him and we haven’t been apart for this long since we were in college. I have my first appointment with a psychiatrist on Thursday to get back on my meds to help with all of my anxiety issues. They have been getting worse everyday and it’s kinda wrecking havoc on my mental state. I’ve been trying to keep myself busy with friends, family, working out,etc but I can only do so much. I haven’t posted on here personally I feel like in years. I have every bad scenario going on in my head right now so i thought this might help. It didn’t. I’ll just take a bubble bath and tune out watching The Office.
