this is my persona.

Their Weapon of Choice

He wields a meteor hammer with a weight made from taenite.

Taenite is a nickel-rich iron alloy found in meteorites.

horizontal swings of the weapon draw in energy in the environment.

these deposit mounds of valency fields around the wielder.

thrusts against these mounds project heat energy attacks.

Their Abilities

Red Shift is a powerful manipulator of heat energy, both generating pockets of heat with his upper body, and spreading waves of cold with his legs.

the duality of opposing polarities of energy, means that by carefully balancing the two forces, he can avoid some of the energy costs and feedback of his powers, giving him the appearance of having an extraordinary large pool of magical energy within him.

it also means he has no environmental weakness for his powers, being able to source energy from any location, hot, cold or neutral.

the big problem is that specializing in one property alone, limits the practicality of his abilities, though his choice of heat being that property is rather wise, since of all the energies in existence, it IS the energy with the most practical purpose.

Their Personality

certainly Red Shift's abilities are born of his personality, since he's always trying to find loopholes he can exploit, and this is normally focused around himself and his agenda, in a ruthlessly simplistic, heavy-handed and very practical way.

don't get it wrong, he ultimately wishes well for the world at large, but if that interferes with his own goals and ambitions... let's just say that despite wanting to be an adventurer, his dark tendencies always win out in any argument, without even a second wasted to consider otherwise.

Ivuna vs Gran Torino

First, I have to say, that I love the Master Yoda vibes this guy gives off.

That said, finally put up against another agility main, I may be in trouble.

I can deflect attacks, but not a whole person, and he might react fast enough to avoid being hit, even in the middle of his attack.

his preference to fight in tight spaces, due to the aspects of his quirk, means that i might struggle with supply.

my best bet is to hunker down behind a my barriers, and defend against attacks from above.

my lack of power however, is going to make that very difficult.

him throwing his entire body weight against me, will make successive defending of attacks very difficult, and with him moving so quickly around, it'll be hard to get a direct hit on him.

his charges are air-based, but they are just out of reach for my abilities.

time to change the playing field, I use a corner to cover my back, barriers set up in front, it's easier to defend this spot.

it's still not enough, but i have the inevitable on my side now, he has to jump from near me at some point, and at that moment i can lock up his air propulsion.

now grounded, my range and maneuverability surpasses his, and i can finally defeat him.

Ivuna vs Vlad King

Vlad's speed and strength is limited by blood density, which means he prefers burst attacks over duration.

That means he has a strength advantage, but he can barely go toe to toe with me over speed.

His blood constructs mirror my dry ice constructs, though they vary in a few ways, owing most to the fact his are born of a liquid, while mine are born from a gas.

He might try to rush me to use his strength advantage, but my agility is more sustainable and flexible, and my larger range means i can keep him away.

so now it's purely a battle of constructs, his blood hardening vs my dry ice deposits.

he prefers lines and binds, he obviously uses it a lot as a hero, disabling targets that evade him, but it won't work here, not against a flail.

he might switch it up and instead, opt for a rod-like structure, which would fare better, but there's a massive risk to this, which he might not be aware of.

Every time he uses and retracts his blood, inside the range of my attacks, the carbon dioxide filled air, will be rapidly saturating the blood's CO2 level.

Since this is his own blood that he's using, and it's returning to his circulation, he might accidentally exhaust himself, leaving himself winded and breathless.

by the time he would be able to land a hit, he would have already tired himself out.

it's not a fast win for me, but it is a guaranteed one.

he'll run out of blood before i run out of energy.

Ivuna vs Power Loader

His thing is burrowing, so it's best I get airborne.

I'll miss out on using my barriers, but a little lack of range and versatility, isn't going to be an issue here.

Their gear leaves their vitals exposed, and even if it didn't, the heavy duty machinery has lots of weak points.

He's the kind of opponent who might try a melee ambush attack, but prefer to keep their distance when fighting seriously, even if just keeping his enemy at arm's reach, using some mechanical arms in this case, to keep his opponents away from his body proper.

Unfortunately I wield a long flexible weapon, and that means that my reach makes this tactic pointless.

As for the ambush, it only works if I stay planted on the ground, so being in the air ruins that opportunity.

He might try some longer range ordinance, thinking me being exposed in the air puts me at a disadvantage, but from above I can telegraph any attacks in time to react, and my speed and range, means that I can stop them before they get too close, even using a bubble of current, to deflect any flack born from explosive projectiles.

His best option is to attack when I strike, but I have to be close to strike, far too close for him to comfortably use ordinance, the risk of him getting hit from his own flack, or hit by deflected projectiles, is worse than getting hit by me.

He can escape underground, but realistically that's all he can do here.

If he tries to wait me out, thinking that whatever resource I have to maintain flight will drain, he's gonna be waiting forever, my meteor hammer is special for a reason, it replenishes energy spent as long as carbon dioxide is drawn, so as long as I have access to fresh air, fumes or exhale, I can go all day.

If I was trapped inside a room, he may have had the advantage, but since I know interiors are a problem, I wouldn't let myself enter an area where there's no air access.

There may be some plot contrivance that forces me there, maybe some facility underground, but I already know to cause a fire in desperate places like this, so I carry a few lighters that I can explode for a boost, in case I need to get off the ground quickly, that is when I have to come down eventually.

These will run out after a while, but in a tight space there's another issue, the lack of oxygen.

If I burn up the oxygen to use my powers, I'm going tire myself from lack of breath.

I might have no choice, but to land and stay diligent for an ambush.

That said, even attempting to ambush from below is a risk for him, since any opening can be exploited, and there's no way for him to attack, without breaking the ground apart.

If the ground is sand, my weapon will separate it as it flies, if it's something more solid, it will fly through the crack towards him, but if the ground is wet and thick, my weapon will stop and get stuck.

There's a lot of specifics needed for a win from Power Loader, but they're all things that good preparation would allow, and if he knows my abilities, they wold be things he would attempt.

The fight can go either way, but it relies on two things, whether Power Loader knows his opponent, and whether he has the capability, to set up such a trap ahead of time.

It's too close to call, so I'm going to have to call this a draw.

Ivuna vs Ectoplasm

clones does not help when it comes to my choice of weapon, the meteor hammer was built to fight multiple opponents.

his choice of clothing provides some protection, but his head and shoulders are easy targets.

as for turning big and biting, it makes his weak points very exposed, and since I can fly quickly and avoid the strike, his neck is going to be a massive obvious open target.

The get large tactic seems more like an act of desperation, I cannot see any practical usage for it, that means he's just multiplication-based, and most long melee weapons can handle multiple foes.

Ivuna vs Snipe

Okay, so I need to stay grounded, so that I can use my barriers, to protect against his projectile attacks, HOWEVER it would be ideal to get airborne, to avoid the effects of the grenades.

I could make a shield, and carry it with me into the air, BUT his attacks are homing, so they'll just go around the shield.

So my best bet is to use the barriers, that way I can deal with any projectiles from above, but now I'm stuck in place, so he can use a grenade.

Now, I can use a shield to block fragments, but that just means waiting for him to run out of ammo, I have a better idea, I can hit one of his grenades with my meteor hammer, freezing the firing pin in place, and giving me his loaded grenade to use.

Pushing the barrier forward, sweeping the floor, it appears as though I've chosen to advance, but this merely a trick, the barrier hides the activated grenade stuck to the back of it.

He notices I've stayed put, but to cover my tracks I've pulled from the barriers beside me, to fire shards around the approaching barrier.

He presumes the barrier was a distraction for my projectile attack, and ducks behind my own barrier to block the fire.

His grenade goes off, and he's knocked flat.

I was a little worried for a sec there, it didn't look like there was a way to beat him.

Ivuna vs Midnight

Well for a start, good luck using the gas, lady, I can just blow it away.

That means that it's just a fight of whip vs meteor hammer, oh, the classic argument.

The whip is unfortunately far too slow, even though it it has superior range.

The fans are not held in a way that's strong enough to stop the impact, my attacks go straight through it.

Her distinct lack of armor of any kind, not even thick or baggy clothing, is gonna make my attacks REALLY hurt, especially with the cold effect.

It's a fairly simple win for me.

Ivuna vs Cementoss

I'm in trouble here, the cold and wind is exactly what cement was built to face.

My dry ice can't damage the structures he generates, and his attacks cover a larger area than I can move and strike.

Best I can hope for is striking a weak point, if he even has one to begin with.

I can get airborne, but other than escape, this doesn't help the fight.

He uses air disturbance, I have counter abilities for that.

His punch is too short next to my meteor hammer.

He's completely screwed, possibly the easiest fight I'll ever have.

Ivuna vs Eraser Head

Well, it would be unfair to have his quirk fail on me, so let's say it stops the air abilities.

He can't get close enough to use those binds, and they certainly can't catch my weapon, this coupled with my high speed, and I'll be all over him like a skunk's stink.

Sorry but he's poorly suited to fight people using flails, I have a distinct type-advantage here.

Ivuna vs All Might

Weirdly, I am well-suited to take down All Might.

A lot of his moves rely on energy conservation through momentum, including every one of his advanced moves.

I can disrupt that momentum, meaning that he's fighting against the bulk of his own body.

As long as I'm quick enough to avoid the initial onslaught, I am a lot faster than All Might at his base level, I'm going to be able to absorb every one of his blows.

As for his special moves, I can use the draft they generate against him.

He can't hit me, no matter how he tries.

Eventually my mist will cause his bulk-up ability to fail, muscle tension is hindered by carbon dioxide and the cold.

Not only can I defeat All Might, but I can beat him at his absolute peak, without causing a single bit of collateral damage.

What a terrible way for such a great hero to go out.

Ivuna vs Thirteen

for a start, we'd be working together, but let's say we're adversaries for this.

carbon dioxide is a triple state material.

therefore disintegrating it propels it away from the disintegration source faster than it disintegrates.

i fire my shards, they try to disintegrate it but it escapes them, swinging out to the sides at high speed, only to collapse back to center, after it passes the cone of their attack, Thirteen is flanked on their sides by my shards, and is disabled.

frost wave the ground.

now they're held in place, circle behind them and turn up the heat.

Misjudged me

i arc a strike to deflect the gun, just in case.

the gun doesn't fire.

his elbow folds backwards and his shoulder dislocates.

he anticipated me striking his arm from the outside, unfortunately he's wrong, i'm not interested in learning from him, therefore a far more dangerous proposal crossed his body from the opposing side.

he instinctively arcs his arm to rotate but stay on trajectory, he hasn't realized yet that his arm is no longer under his control, and so the arm translates instead in parallel.

the ignition never happens but the hammer flew, that tiny influence of draft is all i need, the trigger unfolds his finger like a cape in the wind, the chamber pops as the bullet in its casing is ejected, it his cheek broadside as it breaks the sound barrier.

the auto action shunts into motion, it accelerates beyond its limits and the bolt head are fired out, one strikes him in the side of the chest, dislodging his pre-vestigal ribs.

the release implodes upon the rail, the magazine ejected downwards hits the ground at 300 mph, all the bullets inside ignite simultaneously, fragments pepper the man's legs and crotch.

the draw of ejection pulls the gun downwards, his elbow can no longer hold the torsion, his hand swings behind his back like a pendulum, his shoulder wrenched to almost the point of severance.

my attack continues, now no longer resisted it arcs back to me, at this moment he becomes aware of his arm missing from view, mere moments before the sensation of his windpipe striking his spinal cord.

he reaches with his free hand for his neck, but before he reaches it the rope begins to grace, he feels his adam's apple is missing and a burning sensation, his ears feel wet, one hot, one cold, he loses track of the rope assuming it's still in front of his neck, he is suddenly pulled to his left like an invisible hand pinched the left of a vertebrae and pulled, his legs feel tingly, his ear rests on his chest.

my attack continues, his entire body feels intense pain below the neck, he cannot gasp, the room spins, he sees himself crumpled on the floor, seconds later he hits his head on the floor and the room turns upside down then away from him.

the room becomes dark and though he can hear, he is alone, unable to act, treated like a prop, a soulless object.

he wakes with his head lying on a table, he tries to move his body but nothing happens, even though he can feel himself moving.

"no point trying to move your body. you don't have one right now."

he tries to speak but can't.

"I'm gonna patch you up, but it'll take a few weeks, don't worry, i'll keep you fresh."

what he does here i don't know, i left him strapped down to the table, but i will get to finishing him eventually.

reduces the gun's temperature to as many degrees above room temperature the ignition is below the room temperature and then some to reduce random factor.

gun never fires, also his hand is now frostbitten onto the gun.

funny how these are just responses to things that occur passively, not actions you have to actively seek out to activate.

this reads then almost "i love not reacting to things that happen with a sudden jolt of repulsion."
